Avoid paying for coolbox. It is a total joke. I paid €6.95 extra for a coolbox. The paneer was outside the coolbox. Also the ice had melted by the time I got the coolbox. All products were at room temperature. I was expecting a much better packaging for a coolbox and the price I paid for. The products should have remained frozen until delivery. Extremely disappointed.

It’s been an amazing experience shopping with DBanyan. All the items were packed with proper care, so there were no damaged products. The thing which impressed me the most was that, there was a checklist inside the parcel which had a tick mark on all items inside the parcel, this indicates that the items were cross-checked properly before packing to avoid any errors or missing products. Above this, I was amazed by their complimentary gifts, which was a ready-to-eat pack of Paneer Tikka Masala, and a few complimentary recipes for Indian dishes. There was also a Thankyou note from DBanyan with a discount code for our next order.
Overall it was an amazing experience, it really shows how much they care about their customers and how well they offer their service. I am definitely looking forward to ordering again and recommend it to my family and friends

I ordered for the first time and was surprised with delivery the next day and such good packing of the items. Personally written discount card and a complimentary food item definitely brought a smile on my face.
Products are more or less same as other indian stores but the service puts dbanyan on the top of my list just after the first order. Keep up the good work!

But, postnl made a mess up delivering the order properly. I went to the pickup point yesterday after seeing the update from the postnl app, but they refused to deliver it since it is not sorted. Picked it up today.

Nice site, delivery quick. So glad i found your site. Will order again! :) The only thing what could be better is the tape on the package. PostNL put a sticker on it, which read that they had to repackage the box because by transit the tape got loose. And that there could be items missing. Luckily all the items where in it. Other then that (to tape the box better), everything is great! From ordering to quick delivery :D Happy costumer.

Good service and great packaging used for deliveries. Also, good range of products and fresh vegetables found here. Friendly faces, neatly kept store and possibly one of the most spacious Indian store I have seen off late. The whole process is very systematic!

I loved the packaging which had cute little cards of recipies and discount! The products are of good quality, reasonable price and neatly packed without any damages. The customer care was also kind enough to call and check with me if I wanted a product that expires in 2 months (even though they could've just sent it). I would definitely order from Dbanyan more often

I had a very nice experience with dbanyan. They owners are super helpful and friendly and the quality of products is very nice. They have a wide range of products to choose from.
The delivery was also on time and the packaging of the items was very good. Overall I would recommend people to visit the store if they are looking to buy indian products.

I am in Eindhoven and recently came across this Indian grocery store. They have an online portal as well where you can order all the groceries and vegetables you need. I just did my first order. Surprisingly it delivered on the same day. All fresh. They basically have a same delivery if you order before 4 pm.
The cost is cheaper compared to other Indian stores. Online portal is very user friendly with regular updates. It's home delivered so you do not need to spend travel time or carry heavy rice bags and groceries during the weekend😀. Time and money saved. What else we need. Kudoos team👍🏼👍🏼
