Poor workmanship and customer service
Contacted the company as recieved comforter with the frog heads cut off in the seams and the ends of the crib sheet are not hemmed and frayed ends sewn to the elastic with a part that was missed sewn. This is a gift to a beloved family member whom just delivered her first born and was so embarrassed to have gifted her such shawdy and disturbing product. The company instead of working with me, accused me for a being a scammer and blocked me. I have never been so insulted. I gave them over $200 and was asking for how can we fix this as just wanted what was advertised on the website, not frog heads cut off and shawdy workmanship and would be willing to pay just so our family friend has a nice crib bedding set for her newborn. Am embarrassed that she had to open such a gift, she was still grateful and we just sewed the part knowing will have to pull it all apart and sew a hem and reattach to the elastic, but how do we fix the comforter with frog head cut off?! I guess am going to have to print my own fabric and replace the squares for her. Such a shame. Do not recommend this company at all.
