If you want the job done properly Deans your man. Top draw plumber in every way.
We owe a great deal to Dean as he sorted out our plumbing (where another so called professional company fell short and basically we unknowingly could have been in danger)
He does a very professional job and meticulously sorts out any problem without charging obscene rates.
Would thoroughly recommend him as you can not take chances nowadays with someone giving otherwise poor workmanship

I recently hired dan to renovate my bathroom, and unfortunately, the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the project has been riddled with incompetence, poor workmanship, and an overall lack of professionalism.

Firstly, communication was a major issue.Dan was frequently unresponsive, making it difficult to get updates on the progress of the job or address any concerns that arose. This lack of communication led to misunderstandings and delays, leaving me feeling frustrated and uninformed throughout the process.

The quality of work was abysmal. The tiles were uneven, the grout lines were inconsistent, and there were visible gaps between tiles. The fixtures were installed haphazardly, resulting in leaks and water damage within a few weeks of completion. The shoddy craftsmanship was not only an eyesore but also a potential source of future problems.

Moreover, the attention to detail was sorely lacking. The paint job was sloppy, with drips and uneven coverage evident on the walls. The caulking around the bathtub and sink was messy and uneven, creating an unprofessional appearance. It was clear that the workers lacked the necessary skills and precision required for a bathroom renovation.

Cleanliness was another area where the contractor fell short. The team left a trail of debris and discarded materials throughout my home, making the post-project cleanup an arduous task. It was disappointing to see such a lack of respect for my property.

To add insult to injury, the project was not completed within the initially agreed-upon timeframe. The delays were not only inconvenient but also added extra stress to an already frustrating situation.

In conclusion, my experience with this bathroom fitting job was nothing short of a disaster. The lack of communication, poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and disregard for cleanliness have left me with a bathroom that falls far short of my expectations. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring this contractor to proceed with caution and explore other options to avoid a similarly disappointing outcome.

Dan himself is thoroughly nice guy and approaches even the most challenging situations with a positive attitude.

Great service from a friendly and professional bunch. The lads fitted two new radiators for me in mid December; a vertical in the kitchen and a large towel rail in the bathroom. They closed off the system, fitted the new rads, filling in the holes left after removing the old ones (I gave them some polyfilla :-) ), and also flushed out an old (heavy) radiator that wasn't working well (it now gets very toasty!). The vertical didn't get hot initially so, at one point, I'd got three plumbers (Tariq, Ryan & Dan) in my kitchen with Dan sitting on the floor by the rad, trying to work it out! Various discussions took place, possibly involving new TRVs. Overall, I'd recommend them and plan to use DB again when I have more plumbing & heating requirements.
I'm just still waiting for the invoice and work guarantee...

Not just an excellent plumber, but also a top guy. We've used Danny for lots of jobs and he always delivers to a high standard. Would definitely recommend to all colleagues.
