BEST customer service

Purchased this for my mother who has dementia. It was great, with a large 12" screen, ample volume for the hard of hearing, and clear picture. After 11 months the screen died. Spoke with customer svc rep named John. I was expecting to have to jump through hoops and basically be told "Too bad for you."
My experience was completely opposite. John answered my emails within 45 minutes. He kept me updated on what he was doing to resolve the problem. He didn't accuse me of mishandling my DVD player, as most customer service reps would've done. I highly recommend purchasing from this company because they believe in keeping their customers happy. Especially if you get John to help you.

Talked to Kim from Customer Support

Talked to Kim from Customer Support. Issue was understood, logged and further investigation started. Replies were prompt, to the point and courteous. There is also an ability to reach out with additional questions.
So far very positive experience.

Wrong User Manual

The User Manual did not match my specific unit. My consultant, John, quickly determined the problem and sent me the correct User Manual. He even offered to send me a new AC Adapter free (as a courtesy) if I cannot find mine, which I misplaced. It's so rare to find such good customer service these days.

I am thankful for the help to register…

I am thankful for the help to register my jumpstarter for the warranty and request the 15$ gift card that was offered when I opened the gift that my daughter gave me. Rey was patient, professional, and helpful to get it done.

I ordered six jump starters

I ordered six jump starters. I received three. I contacted the support line and they were very helpful. Very patient with me. After several weeks when I still have not received the other three, he made sure I was taken care of. I received the other three today. Thank you!
