Of the 6 Roofers that came to look at a leaking doorma window, DBR were the only ones to turn up with a ladder and get up on the roof to look at it.
Not only did they check the roof carefully but Dean took a ton of photos to show us the cause of the leak.
5 others had quoted us a wide variety of costs from £1200 right up to almost £4k to replace the doorma roof, but DBR showed us the problem and were able to fix the window in just a few hours, costing less than £250.
It has been perfect ever since and they checked the doorma roof too, and found it to be in perfectly fine condition.
They did also spot an issue with our extension roof and Velux windows (Those were installed by Cowboy Velux approved installers), and at no cost to us, DBR helped get our Velux windows re-installed properly and the roof adjusted around them to stop it from leaking.
Have thoroughly recommended them to others and have never been disappointed, only ever heard good things since.
