Friendly staff good choice of panels at the right price collection and delivery very good will use again

Great products just delivery transit needs to be more efficient some damaged panels others wise still got the job done !

I'm quite disappointed with DBS Bathrooms
First time ordering with this company and was enticed by their pricing and fast delivery, the items are of good quality and subject to delivery arrive in one piece.

I encountered problems with my delivery where I feel both DX and DBS were at fault. The panels arrived in one piece other than damage on the ends, DBS were apologetic and sent replacements straight away.

The cardboard tubes they use for the trims are not great and they seem to break 3 quarters of the way up, the trims aren't wrapped inside so they arrive scratched as they rattle around during transit, beware if you're getting chrome effect.

My first delivery arrived with the cardboard tube ripped open, cap missing and half the contents missing, the second one arrived ripped but thankfully the contents was ok. The things I don't understand is if DBS has so many issues with DX (looking at the reviews) why not use another courier?

Since writing this DBS have since sent a partial refund which we agreed to as a settlement of the issues I've faced along with keeping everything, I felt that more truck rolls to collect items would simply cost more for the business but this is personal opinion as a business owner myself.

Great service nice Quality will buy again

Ordered panels trim and adhesive that arrived on time stated. But due to a water leak I had to destroy one of the panels to get to the pipes. I reordered the panel and adhesive they also arrived on time, this time I ensured that there was no leaks prior to applying the panel. A great job if I say so myself, thank you for your quick delivery and quality of panels.

Ordered the Gloss White Chrome 8mm ceiling cladding panels from DBS. As these are supplied in lengths of 2.6M I was concerned that they wouldn’t survive the delivery process intact as they would be relatively vulnerable being this length.

The panels were delivered quickly and on time by their own delivery driver from Tamworth to Lancashire (>100 miles at no extra cost due to order being over a reasonable cost threshold) and were extremely well packaged with no damage to any of the 15 panels I ordered.

I would definitely recommend DBS for the products and service they provide at a very competitive price. Brilliant, very pleased with the overall experience.

This is the second time I have used DBS and again they have delivered a quality item on time and undamaged. They will be the first company I go to for my next project.

I love the panels.we bought from DBS.
I put measurements in and it was worked out online how many I needed.
We only had 8 inch left over so great value. Cost was good to.
Looking round house to use again as it was super easy to fit.
Great delivery too.

The service from ordering to delivery was excellent I was
given a date and time slot for the delivery which was spot on. The delivery man was a pleasant chap and the delivery was with their own vehicle, all in all 5*****.
The good price was a bonus.

We received our bathroom wall and ceiling panels within a week of ordering ( sent from England to northern Ireland) and these were installed around 2 weeks ago when we fitted our new bathroom. They look so good, at a fraction of the price seen in retailers here. They were as described, the area calculator on the site was accurate and they were easy to install. Would recommend!

Good value product, fast delivery.

I was looking to order some panels and saw DBS advertising next day delivery (to most of UK) which was ideal as I didn't want to have to store the panels prior to a job. I called to double check if this was true, for my area needed, and was told my area was OK.

I then placed the order (later than planned as I was relying on the next day delivery), whilst double checking about the next day delivery, numerous times. The order was put through and payment made only for me to receive a message later in the day (whilst I was on a day off) saying the delivery would take 3 - 5 working days and blaming the courier! Apparently no other courier could help due to the weight of the product which I subsequently also found out was untrue as they are light plastic!

This company have "next day delivery" plastered at the top of their website. They do clearly state not to start work until you have the panels in case of any issues - fair enough! However, what they don't point out is that you shouldn't order from them at all unless you are prepared to run the risk of being let down at the last minute! I have now had to move the whole job and leave everyone without work for the week.

Avoid like the plague, I really wish I had!
