Shipping
The service this company provides is beyond poor. Here are some of my reasons:
1. It is 20th of Feb and my package was supposed to be delivered via scheduled delivery on the 12 of Feb - still no package
2. No updates since the package arrived at the delivery center in Copenhagen - zero transparency on what is going on
3. Their suport line is connecting you to an agent perhaps 1 out of 10 times - after 12 min of waiting in line you get automatically disconnected
4. Whenever we get to talk to support(both me and the company that shipped the product) we get told not to worry because they are delivering the package “today”(I believe that their definition of the word is different from the rest of the world)
I got a case with DSV and even internally they couldn’t get an update on my package. This is embarrassing looking from the outside.
