My bed was delivered unbelievably fast! The one who delivered it is so nice and cheerful. He is lovely. There was some worry about filling in the form for delivery on the link on the SMS though. Something always went wrong. I tried to contact the shipping company without any luck... but it seems everything worked like it should behind the scenes anyway and I am very grateful for that. 5 out of 5 stars.

It took some time. But it was my own fault.

I got a parcel delivered by DSV. When asked by DSV to rate my experience I am directed to this page, which is not DSV. Typical of getting the right information from DSV. Getting information about the package and delivery is nearly impossible. The site dsv.se is not functioning

I had to call DB Schenker to organize a delivery date. Calling the number left me in a waiting line. I tried several times an waited all in all well over one hour to talk to someone. There was no option to do this online. This is beyond ineficient und customer friendly.

I literally just received my package from DB Schenker Sverige, and I’m genuinely impressed. The parcel was 24 kg and delivered all the way up to the 5th floor, right outside my apartment door. I honestly wasn’t expecting that — based on past experiences with other delivery companies, heavy packages are usually left downstairs.
I really appreciate the extra effort. Thank you for making the whole experience easy and stress‑free.

Delivery was given a wrong phone number and contact failed. I got a message to call. I spenr 2x 2 hours intge queue. I suspect the line was not manned. Finally contacted the vendor. They provided the correct phone number and delivery was area ged - 2 weeks later than originally proposed AND the delivery guy still had a wrong phone number.

Product seems good I still need to install it

My experience with this courier and its affiliates has been very great. I strongly recommend them for anyone who wants their goods shipped to them.

The people working for this company are great. I how they are paid well.

Very slow service. One delivery from Sweden to Sweden took over 12 days.
Dsv/dbschenger left my packet over 1 week to their logistic centre 60km away from me. Nobody contact me, their web nor their chatbot even regocnise reference number. There was no option to set up delivery day and time. Absolutely not recommend to use their services. Level 0. Hasta Nunca!!

I sent a parcel that was lost in transit. That happens sometimes no big deal! the problem is that it has been almost 3 months now and I still have not been compensated. For that reason I have decided to no longer use their services even-though I use to send with them almost daily. It important to know that when the unfortunate things happens you will receive help.

Spoke with Stefanie in customer support. She was extremely patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her accommodating attitude made the entire process smooth and pleasant.

Delivery was fine but we never recieved the lock and bag for the scooter that we paid for. This is the suppliers fault and not the delivery company
