Absolutely not recommending freezer…

Absolutely not recommending DB they absolutely completely damaged my freezer, delivery person very rude and my product damaged, Delivery person handles products not at all acceptable.

Last 5Km took many days and I needed to spend 30min on phone with them. They ask “how you want the delivery”, lost the reply and didn’t reach out again

Did not bother to drive up the driveway and left the packets at the opened gate...

The packages were left at the open gate, 500m from the house. The driver did not bother
- to drive that 500m to get me my parcel
- to call me to tell me the parcels were there.
He did put a pallet up so he could put the parcels on it. It would have been easier to drive the driveway...
And so I was left waiting at home... And of course, it did rain before I got to the parcels...

Smooth and Hassle-free Service

The delivery occurred shortly after the item I purchased was ready to be collected. The delivery driver contacted me to advise that he was on the way. He brought the package right to my apartment, and left it exactly where I asked him to. He was polite and helpful.

So far Schenker has managed to destroy…

So far Schenker has managed to destroy one half of shipped items, have refused to hand over the second part on 13th, where I was at the terminal to pick it up. As I clearly stated at that time, I was there to pick if up because I was out travelling the following week. I even had to contact the seller to tell them to contact Schenker to find a solution. Why Schenker didn't call the seller to tell them that they made a mess of it, is beyond me.

Then last week I was threatened with additional costs for storage and potential return shipping. As already clearly said, I was not home last week and even had shorten my travel to be home to receive the package that then wasn't delivered.

It have been the most incompetent shipping experience I have ever experienced, and it is not over yet.

So far I have spent more than 2 hours on the farve, and I usually bill 1100 sek an hour som I consider this as a loss of 2200 sek plus I still haven't the full shipment. What a joke

The farce is still not over, after the "customer support" at DSV/Schenker replied back I am now supposed to get my supplier to track the package, which DSV/Schenker "lost" (It is located in the distribution center in Malmö) where it has been all time. I am now at a point where I dont care anymore, but this is definently a case story for the media and I will make sure it will be spread in all possieble media. I can only warn all against shipping anything with DB Schenker/DSV

I got the message that the package its delivered at the door , after 1 hour i came home and no package was delivered , i sent an email no response… the phone it’s of course a long cue or mostly closed.

The driver seemed really grumpy

The driver seemed really grumpy. She never said thanks or said goodbye. Just got in her truck and left . I asked her if I could check the goods before I signed as I do t have any insurance for the goods if I do t report it on delivery. She refused this and just went. I was disappointed in her rudeness. No need to treat customers like this .
