I am a first-time buyer who had little knowledge of the mortgage and property sector. Thanks to David's expertise, guidance, advice and support, I was able to receive an agreement in principle within just 2 days of making an offer on my dream house. The process was easy and frictionless. David understood my needs and wants before presenting a handful of mortgage options which completely exceeded my expectations. All options were with reputable, global high-street lenders / Banks, which was a welcome and pleasant surprise for a sole first time buyer.
If I hadn't have used DBS Financial Solutions Ltd, I would have either given up or probably chosen a mortgage which didn't align to my needs.
