International customer that has stopped…

International customer that has stopped using them as I can’t afford the shipping rates being charged. Onto my last two shipments from them and trying to arrange credits so I don’t have to pay for additional shipping for the next 6 months for 1 to 2 books at a time and am just being ignored. I’ve sent 5 emails now and no response. Worse than that I have a shipment waiting to ship, with no amount outstanding and hasn’t been shipped.

Do not preorder from them

Total crap shoot. Sure you get your books cheap, IF you get them. 75% of the time my books get canceled without notice after a year of waitihng, and rather than refunding you, they dump your money into store credit whether you like it or not and give you all kind of grief trying to get your money refunded.

Ive done business with them since 2020, hoping this was mostly pandemic related, and it's remained this way, meaning this is just how they do business. "Give us your money, MAYBE youll get your books"
