I ordered 6 chairs, 4 of them for a dining table and 1 dining table . All of them were marked as in stock whereas in reality only one was. The rest took 11-14 weeks . The customer advisor initially spent time trying to convince me to buy products I didn’t want just because those items were in stock .
I found the service to be ‘wanting’ . The table holes did not align with the screws and despite raising this immediately and inviting 3 possible solutions , I have been fobbed off . I do not think the company is observant of its obligations under the Consumer Rights Act and I am not convinced it is a legitimate company . If they are , they don’t care about the consumer . In any case everything is made in China .
I do not recommend this company .

This is part 2 to say that they are impossible to deal with - they have had my money now for a month, they are coming up with any excuses not to collect the rubbish they sent and they also tried to charge me more money.
After days of messaging, they have agreed to collect - let s see! They probably will find more reasons not to issue a refund but have the item back with them - win win!

Just had a suite delivered with this company they are absolutely brilliant very polite and efficient went above and beyond would definitely recommend them 100%.

I must say it was well worth the wait! The corner sofa is of beautiful quality, and the delivery team was very professional in putting it together.

Ordered and paid online for the Modern E69 office chair, £559, website said it was in stock. I was then contacted to say that although my money has been taken, the chair isn’t in stock. I waited 3 weeks for an update then decided to chase myself. I was told the chair has been sitting in their warehouse for 2 days, they will get it sent ASAP. Tracking details later received but then I received a message from the courier to say that they went to collect the item from DCConcept, but they were closed. Waited another 4 days. When the chair arrived, one of the arms is very rusty! Contacted them to request a replacement or refund…. No reply

Do not use this website! I ordered a table that was listed as available with a delivery time of two to five business days. The money was taken from my account, and then three days later, the manager sent me an email saying that the table is no longer available and that it is no longer being produced. They sent me some cheap particleboard table from China, even though I purchased a table made of solid wood. Now we are in correspondence about getting my money back. Do not trust this site; they deceive customers regarding product quality and delivery times. They have nothing in stock!

I’m over the moon with my sofas.

They are exactly as described, great quality and look incredible. I’ve just moved into my new place and they stand head and shoulders above any other supplier I’ve used for the furniture here. I also found the customer service team exceptionally good: responsive and were totally on the ball. They even arranged for a special courier to deliver them to the Isle of Wight for me.

Truly five stars and great value for money!

I'm impressed with this super king size bed. Its quality is very good and comfortable. Emily helps me a lot from pre-sale to after-sale. It is difficult to find out a big furniture to matching the room. But it did it. Thank you!

I’ve ordered from these scammers twice.

First time I ordered an office chair (£600 just FYI) that was advertised as in stock and ready to deliver in 1-2 days.

A day later I get an email saying “sowwyyyy it’s actually on back order we’ll ship it to you in 6-8 weeks; hehe thanks xxx”. Not in those exact words but that’s just so you understand the tone…

I asked for a refund to which the guy kept going back and forth with me offering 2% back if I’m willing to wait. So 5 emails later they actually agreed to refund me.

Yesterday, I ordered a desk and the same chair. Thinking that maybe it was a one-off and I’ll give them another chance.

Guess what…. Both items, which were advertised as in stock and ready to deliver in 2 days are… you guessed it! Out of stock. And yet again “oooopsie! Your items are not in stock but here’s 6% off your order while you wait 10-13 weeks until we get it back in stock”

So yes… unless you’re prepared to be scammed out of your money TODAY and wait months until your order. Don’t bother with this company.
