Ordered cross stitch kits in early December for Christmas presents.
No delivery, no communication and no refund until I raised the case with PayPal. Even then their first refund ‘couldn’t be processed’ and it took until February to get a refund actually in my bank account.
Avoid this company.

Absolutely dire. Ordered yarn on the 25th Jan, still hadn't had any word that it had been dispatched by 8th Feb. Have had no reply to my emails or online chat facility and definitely no refund as requested. Would never recommend this company.
After weeks of trying and getting no response I went through the bank and the money was in my account within three working days. Buyer beware of this company.

For those getting refunds mine was done through PayPal and the seller cancelled the refund make sure you get your money now the scum won't return emails

Ordered cross stitch in November. Told 3 weeks later that they had no stock. They offered a refund but then did but respond to 5 emails. Scam company - do not use.

I ordered a cross stitch kit on 20th November 2021, the money was taken from my account, I enquired where my order was on 6th December 2021, I did get a reply to this email to say they were sorry but the item was temporarily out of stock and they were expecting stock soon, I have contacted them 5 or 6 times since requesting a refund, and have not had any reply at all. I have now had to go back to my bank, who have refunded me, very poor company, please do not use this site.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered eighty pounds of cross Stitch kits last September. Took the money but no tracking information came. Been chasing via email ever since with no replies. Absolutely disgusting.

Brilliant service & lovely rice paper at a great price for my hobby

Ordered on 11 Nov for a Christmas present. No sign of delivery around mid December, so I emailed to cancel my order as it was meant for Christmas so I no longer needed it. I was emailed by David to tell me I would receive a refund as the item I ordered was out of stock. We’re coming towards the end of January now and I’ve sent 4 more emails to which ALL have been ignored. This is absolutely disgraceful and has been reported to trading standards. DO NOT order from this place.

As with many others on here, I too have had my money taken with no communication, no goods, and no responses to my many many messages. I placed my orders at the beginning of December 2021, £95.55, so I've not waited as long as others, but it is a significant amount. I have emailed and messaged via their chat function so many times and received no response, it's incredibly frustrating. I have used this company for a couple of years and had no problems so that's why my order was so large, I had no reason to be wary as they had always been good in the past. The fact that people are still using this company, and are being "invited" by DCN to post a good review whilst we're all on the same platform complaining about how we have paid, he has our money, and no goods or refunds, is just rubbing it in our faces that he's still trading, still getting paid, and we don't matter and he's not interested in ever refunding any of us. I will continue to message him every day, I will not give up, he is in the wrong and I want my money back!

Edit- I have sent so many emails and messages and still heard nothing, all while he's still fulfilling newer orders so that he can keep his review numbers up. I've looked into DCN more deeply since he stole my money. He does this on his Facebook and eBay stores aswell. I've given him more time and chances than he deserves and so I have taken the final step, which is that I have reported him to the police for fraud. I know of another victim who has also reported him to the police. You need his address but, It is easy to find this infomation. We all need to report him to the police, he should not be allowed to get away with this. All I wanted was my money back. If you're reading this DCN, you caused this when you took my money, sent no goods and ignored all messages and emails.

Placed an order in November. Still waiting on goods. Was contacted saying they were awaiting stock. At first this was fine but after 3 months I asked for a refund. No response.

Delivered the morning after ordering at 7pm! Brilliant service!

Like many others, I ordered from DCN Crafts 2 months ago. My money was taken but no goods received, no reply to emails and no refund. Extremely disappointing as my first order arrived promptly at the beginning of 2021.

I ordered a number of items from DCN Crafts over a month ago. The money was taken from my account over a month ago. Despite me emailing customer services to chase the order, I have had no delivery, no refund and no reply to my email. I'll never buy from them again.
