Don't event bother to order any BC…
Don't event bother to order any BC coilovers parts. Absolutely rip off . They charging double for anything for BC. Better go to BC .co.uk. Also it's stated 7-10 working days for a delivery . After 11 days after purchase I still didn't hear anything from them apart of I will need to wait 2-3 weeks where it suppose to be max 7-10days . Only happy to take money from you and after that they don't even bother. BC pillowball from a producent £47 from DC performance £89+ £10 for a 3 weeks delivery. Joke

Hi Luk, I am afraid I think you might be incorrect here. I don't know what you are looking at on the BC Racing website, but I can assure you that they do not sell camber adjustable pillow ball top mounts for £47. If you are looking at the BC Racing website, I expect that you are looking at this part https://www.bc-racing.co.uk/catalog/product/view/id/30674/s/bc-black-top-mount-bearing-br/category/1231/ (as this is the only similar-ish part they sell which is £47) which is not a pillow ball top mount - it is just the bearing and not what you ordered from us.
We also do explain that these parts have a several week lead time so this information was available to you before you ordered. I can also promise you that you would not have received the part any sooner had you ordered from BC Racing directly, as the part is coming to you directly from BC Racing; this is where we of course ordered the part from for you. You will be able to verify this yourself when the part arrives on Tuesday/Wednesday by checking the paperwork and you will see that it was sent to you directly from BC Racing. It makes me sad that you left a 1 star review based on your misunderstanding, but hopefully I have helped clear that up for you.

To be fair i really don't know what to say, its good to see that there is still customer excellence even when there are hiccups.
Ordered brake pads for an upgraded brake kit, everything was fine for the arrival date.
Rang the day of expected arrival (6ish) and got a call back at 7h30 pm informing me of an issue.
System haven't processed any orders for the past 3 days.
Super apologetic, asked if I still wanted to follow with Order.
I confirmed and ultimately was informed that due to System issue they weren't aware that the stock for the part was unavailable, asked if I could wait to beggining next week or if I wanted a different part available.
Wasn't to pressed to have it straight away and they confirmed delivery date and everything followed what was expected.

Fast delivery arrived Sunday! of Koni interactive rear shocks for Fiat Ducato camper van. I am very impressed with the improvement in damping and stability over the original parts, more pleasure to drive. I would recommend these, the hardest part of the installation is removing the lower bolts that are exposed to corrosion on the exposed tip of the bolt thread.

I ordered a part which turned out not to be in stock, which happens to be fair, we're all human.
I was promptly emailed same day to make me aware it was not in stock, and what the lead time would be, and asked they should go ahead with the order.
Fantastic
not only that though, they had noticed that the car I had listed didn't match the car which the part is supposed to fit. I knew this to be fair, I knew the chassis were the same and it would very likely fit, but the fact they asked to make me aware incase I wasn't is above and beyond as far as I'm concerned.
the part then showed up within the stated time they said it would, well wrapped and whatever
and it fit perfectly
not much more to say really, no hiccups, no issues or hardships

they just reached out immediately when I placed my order to make sure I was okay with waiting, and to make me aware that the part isn't garunteed to fit the vehicle I had listed on my acc
