Was happy with quality and the delivery of our first order for tiles then went to re-order a further 20 tiles and they wanted to charge me£29.00 for delivery because we are in the Scottish Highlands - still mainland UK, I said I would just cancel the order and then they agreed to send them at the cost I paid for my first lot. On that note I would not order again if they are going to charge so much for delivery - I run a business and know what the costs of transport are and this is excessive to say the least

Excellent product, Quick delivery.

This is the third time I've ordered from DCTUK. Products are good quality at a good price and delivery is second to none. Next time I need carpet tiles I'll go straight to DCTUK.

Wish I'd checked reviews before buying from this company. When I emailed them with my request it was for domestic vinyl, size 3m x 4m. They sent me commercial vinyl, size 2m x God knows what. When I got back to them to complain they said I'd agreed to the vinyl, but I'd told them I wanted domestic, so I assumed that was what they were still showing me. To add insult to injury, I had to pay double delivery charge because they said I was in a non mainland post code - what a load of rubbish, I live a few miles from Aberdeen which is right on the coast. When I got back to them to say they'd sent me the wrong vinyl and they needed to refund me, they just said I'd agreed, and basically there was no way I'd be refunded. In this day and age when we need to use online companies, it's just awful that companies like this just want to rip us off.

Ordered individual tiles in two colours that were good, then decided to order a few more to complete the project (due to change in design and cutting mistakes), only to find they now insist on ordering in boxes of 20 no splitting (although the website let me re order individual), they phoned me back and wouldn't budge on asking me to order 60 tiles which was far too expensive, so didn't bother.

i ordered 3 samples of cozy toes tiles in shades of grey. I received 3 samples of different types in shades of red and brown. I called and received an apology and was told the correct ones would be sent within 1 to 3 days.
10 days later no samples. i contacted them again to be told cozy toes were out of stock and they expected them in 3 to 6 weeks.
1) the first samples were a waste of time, did they expect me to change the colour of my bedroom and use kitchen tiles?
2) I was told the person who took my call worked in marketing and didn't know the stock levels!?
3) if they're out of stock, TELL PEOPLE!!

Super quick delivery, even samples were quick. Easy to put down and easy to cut, especially as I’m a single mum of 2 teenagers. I have never used carpet tiles before but these were quite easy and they are so thick. I am really pleased.

Unfortunately I never received the samples that I ordered. No email was sent about unavailability or cancellation if this is the reason. Disappointing as they sell at a decent price.
