Pedro Rosario and Neeraja helped me open a checking account at the Hudson branch. They were very polite and helped me with each step, which made the process very easy for me!

Our Father passed and we needed the bank to Verify our signatures on the paperwork.
Jorbley in the Acton Massachusetts DCU branch was superb!!!!! The service we received was fantastic and honestly could not have been any better. He was very kind, and so helpful. Jorbley walked us through the entire process. He shared with us that need a few more papers. So, I was able to request what was needed. It has been a tough process throughout but not tough at DCU. Jorbley helped make the process at the bank (so far) very pleasant. Hoping to get all the paperwork needed and then continue the rest of bank process in the same manner. A++++ Very satisfied customer!!!!

Tried to use my credit card and was denied. Stopped in local branch and Pedro Rosario listened to my problem and he checked to see if there was a problem. Couldn’t find one but he upgraded my present card the one with tap. I’ve been a member for over 25 years
And working with staff like Pedro Rosario makes banking so much easier.

The Member Service Representative, Lily Normandin was incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire process stressful free. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my financial options. I highly recommend her.

Lisa made the process incredibly easy for me to complete the transactions that i needed to. It is difficult for me to perform what others might consider simple, so having someone who is compassionate and courteous to help with the things i cant do is wonderful.
