Ellen was very pleasant to speak with and was extremely helpful.
She was able to fix the problem that was preventing me from being able to log in to my account and then stayed on the line to make sure that I could find the resource that I needed.

I called to inquire about my application and received clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The representative also provided additional helpful information and thoroughly explained the benefits of membership. Their genuine kindness and friendly communication made the entire experience much smoother.

DCU is the most unprofessional banking co. I have ever had to deal with. They make you go through their online portal to get help with issues but every time I respond back to them trying to resolve an issue I get a different worker that sends me back to step one over and over again. It is the most frustrating bank institute. I will never do business with them ever again.

Bri was very patient and gave excellent explanations. I am however frustrated with the bill pay system and how unfriendly and unintitive it is. I was trying to perform basic functions and could not find how to do it. Bri helped provide step by step instructions. But it shouldn't be so difficult that we have to contact support.
