This is honestly the worst experience…

This is honestly the worst experience we have ever had in over 30 years working in the advertising and marketing industry. They pursued us for the work - we thought OK, if they want it that badly they will do a good job. This was time sensitive as they were doing renders of two new houses we wanted to put on the market. After 3 weeks of silence, my designer asked them for a date she would get the work. They said 'later today or tomorrow'. That then carried on for another 3 weeks. We chased and chased - always, 'yes, we will send these overnight today' ' at the weekend'. In the end 5 renders took 8 weeks. Because we were so exasperated, we decided to take on someone else through 'people per hour' to develop renders in parallel - we couldn't ever see getting the ones from D Cube. The people per house renders were far, far superior, cost half the price, and they were done fast. Terrible terrible terrible D Cube. This company has cost us 10s of £1000s in lost sales; very very stressful

I was impressed with the customer…

I was impressed with the customer service we received but disappointed with the length of time it took to received the initial renders. Overall the end result is exactly what I was looking for and will enable us to have a successful and professional looking product launch.

Great Experience, Very helpful. Made sure of my requirements to make sure that specification was clear, quotation was clear. Unfortunately didn't go ahead with project but all elements of experience were seamless.
