Customer service was amazing. Were very helpful when I couldn't find my order confirmation (always check your spam folks!) and they kept me up to date with my order (when it was shipped, when it would be delivered, when it was delivered). 10/10 would recommend and buy from them again

My granddaughter loves the two large dcuks and dcukling that I have had for some years so I recently purchased a dcukling for her birthday. I personalised her gift by naming the dcukling and adding a ribbon. Gift box also purchased. Delivery was very prompt.

My duck arrived chipped, however, customer service was fantastic. Had a replacement sent out the next day. Great quality ducks. Recommend.

Really lovely company. There was a slight fault with one of the ducks I ordered, they sent a replacement for free within two days and responded quickly to my emails.

I ordered some Wedding Ducks at very short notice and saw that the delivery for these personalised items was 2 to 5 working days. I contacted DCUK customer service and explained that these were for a Wedding in a few days and asked if there was anything they could do for me. I was absolutely delighted to find that the ducks were despatched, fully personalised within a day ... the couple got them in time and were over the moon with them. A big thank you to all at the DCUK company... fabulous customer service. I have ordered ducks before and always recommend them but I will now have even more good things to say about them.

Ordered some Ducks at Christmas and they were amazing, they arrived quickly and undamaged and now my collection is growing.

This company is extremely unprofessional, there work is below the average rateing, the staff they have working there are not the best in terms of cleanliness and professionalism.
I find they only really follow certain picagere to cover there back just in case there’s a one off inspector,
Once you sign there paper work make sure you’re 100% happpy and do checks, as they want you to sign ASAP so you don’t have time to check the work. So they will rush you to sign the paper work there and then. Be very careful if your happen to me use this company, be very careful.

The order got somewhat messed up - entirely my fault. They sorted it out swiftly and accepted a change of delivery address at the last moment. It arrived promptly and was just what we wanted.

I ordered online,a penguin from Dcuk on Wednesday 25th January in the late afternoon.,I was advised that as I had specified a specific name it may take a day or so longer to process.I received an email the following day to say my order had been despatched.On Friday morning,27th January my parcel arrived,beautifully presented.My order number was 66185.I am delighted both with product and service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend......I also needed to check something on my order,and almost by return I received a friendly reply from a member of staff Becky,prior to processing my order,so a big Thankyou there too...Sincerely Stuart.....
