Scammers ! Take the money and run , quick to take payment no chance of getting the item

ordered badge waited looked for confirmation on email there wasn't one. emailed them no joy . but got an email from Royal badges in Germany said they didn't have my order.The money was actually taken by Royal brooches contacted them on paypal they got back apologised and to give them 48 hours to fix it. which they did,I received the badges. Still not sure why it was a different company supplying the badges, I looked up the terms and conditions of D-Day comrades they said they deal with third party's which has no address with them.If you read terms fully they have covered themselves for every eventuality. It took me weeks to sort it out, I would definitely not use them again

Having ordered quite a few items at some cost I worried about their status after reading these trust pilot reviews. I emailed them twice on the status of my order placed 23rd Sept, no reply. What a relief when the full order arrived yesterday 6th Oct. Well done DDay Comrade, better late than never😎

I orderred and paid for the badge on 12 August, in the belief I was getting the badge first post. Unforunately,
nothing has been received. A bad experience.

I ordered a Dday pin badge on the 23rd of may order no 82562 had a conformation email but have no email to say when it was being sent out I'm still waiting for my Dday pin badge I've sent several emails with No response .
Feel like I've been scammed ripped off as taken the money and they have disrespected our fall heroes.

Ordered my WW2 commemorative badge for my Dad. Order 1979. No delivery of badge, I have sent numerous emails without a reply. I would not buy anything from this site. You have been warned.

Ordered 2 x commemorative badges on 6th May, to date nothing received, no response to my emails either - clearly a scam website

I ordered and paid for a badge for my elderly friend on the 05/05/25 . Money taken out of the bank. Order number 1734, however when the packet was delivered there wasn’t anything inside the package the package hadn’t been opened . I have emailed many times and no response from this company. Not happy at all.

Received my veday badge, but later than quoted. Company could do with putting phone number and more contact details on the website. Due to lack of communication buyers were unsure about whether they would receive the badge or even lose their money.

I was about to report as a scam today when lo and behold badges arrived. Too late for VE Day and no replies to the two times I made contact since placing my order. 0/10 for communication and 1/10 for quality it is a plastic badge not metal! Will stick with RBL in future

What can I add, poor communication, but the badges and car sticker did arrive on VE day, afternoon, so am pleased to be wearing it, and happy to do so, but they need to get their act together and keep people and orders up to date, otherwise people will think, they are being scammed!

I need to say that after writing a review saying this was a scam my badge has arrived. So my only criticism would be the lack of communication. Like other people I emailed to find out when I would receive my badge and didn't get a reply. The badge is really nice, good quality and I am very happy with it.

I ordered 3 badges on the 28th of April and i have just received them today , just in time for VE day tomorrow , the badges are really good quality and it will be an honour to wear them to remember those surviving members of the Armed forces and those who paid the ultimate sacrifice giving there tomorrows so we can live ours . Thank you

Unfortunately I have agree with everyone. Saw add on Instagram bought a badge still hasn't arrived. Emailed address on order receipt but as of today, no reply.My father fought in WW2 in Burma. This is not how others scarfices and his bravery should be treated. Update: Badge arrived, after VE day though. Actually very nice. Shame with lack of communication....

edited to say they finally arrived today 06th May 2025 and they are really nice but the parties were yesterday. I'd like to know how much of the money actually goes to charity?

I feel this company is not what it seems. I placed an order for a VE Day 80th Anniversary badge & should have smelt a rat when I didn't get an acknowledgment but the payment was taken out straightaway.
I have messaged them via their website contact form twice - no reply.
The order page promises that all orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 days and delivered within 3 to 5 business days but I've not seen anything yet.
Avoid!!
