Excellent Customer Service
I have for many years been getting my DDC renew this year I have gone digital .
Something I am not very confident in doing, always willing to learn.
Yesterday I called to register to complete the online of my application.
Speaking with a lovely calm understanding lady Alison, who was very patient, with me going thought each section, when all was completed she looked through it all as there was a few areas missing and sections not filled in well, guiding in helping me to correct.
At 5.20pm we had done payment, all form still having to download DDC App I said thank you Alison said calmly that's what we are here for.
I wont to thank Alson so much as I am little nervous doing these things as its so important to get it correct.
Alison needs a reward for her time and patience with me, very dedicated and amazing young lady.
I would also like to thank Laura who talked me through the scanning of my passport doing the face scan and completing all the digital parts to finally completing the process.
When Laura said its all done, it will now be sent off I felt a weight lift off my shoulders as it allot when your nof technical type person.
They both are an asset to the DDC company
