ddownload.com is a very good and reliable filehoster. The only downside is, that payment with PayPal is more expensive than other pament methods.

Great speeds and affordable filehost if bought at discount. Although I'd have appreciated it if it was rather monthly limit than daily limit. I have a very fast gigabit connection (>1gbit) and I could really use the bandwidth in a day.

I paid for the 365d offer by bank transfer and received an error message. I repeated the payment using a credit card. Later, I saw on my bank account that both payments had been successful.

I submitted a complaint via ticket and email. I was asked several times to provide screenshots of the transactions, I have provided everything they asked for, after which there was no further response for several week (payments at 2025-12-24, today 2026-01-22, no refund, no replies).

DDL simply keeps the money without refunding it.

I have paid for a months sub just to try it out and I get an invoice from this company. Which is all good and well for 15 euro. Then I also got another paypal invoice for joint supplements from some Alexi fellow on gmail, that has cost me an additional $21 dollars. This site was a third party fake site supplied by ddownload to make you input your details into. This is fraudulent for sure. I quote your policy "These services are provided by a third party provider which also all payments are processed via an SSL connection and our online payment provider is fully PCI DDS Level 1 compliant which guarantees you that your payment information is safe". Scam site and scam payments. It's supposed to be secure but it is not safe as you actively lure people with fake paypal payment pages. I have reported this to paypal. I have also raised a ticket for a full refund as this has soured my experience. Terrible shady business

It is very easy to download from your site, and the cost for a year subscription was great, too!

Good site for the download, but when it comes time to pay, the dddownload website asks for €29.99 and redirects you to the Supercharge payment site, where you're charged 30 CHF -> €32.33, which is 7.8% more! Why can't we pay in euros and let our bank charge the exchange fees?

In principle, DDownload can be used every day. However, there are also restrictions that reduce traffic.
The daily limit could be increased slightly.

If you want to pay annually and remain anonymous, you have to familiarize yourself with the subject. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. Other providers are cheaper, but either you get little traffic or the download speed is miserable.
I've only had one outage in four years. It's very reliable.

In short, I'm satisfied and happy to be a part of it.
