Basically the service from ddownload is OK.
But I don't reach full download speed in comparison to other OCH (e.g. 1fichier) downloading only one file. I reach the full download speed from ddownload only if I do parallel downloads (e.g. 10 files).
The yearly price in comparison to other OCH is very well. Also the offered payment methods in comparison to other OCHs.
It seems that files are deleted after few months. Other OCH do store the files much longer.

Service received is as promoted. I had issues with my ISP limiting the bandwidth when connecting, but thet wasn't DDownload's fault. Great customer service.

I purchased a yearly subscription, to use the service for business purposes. After 2 mails and this review being a 1-star review initially, I received a reply and access to the invoice. With this reaction, I am now very happy, especially as the technical performance of the service is pretty good.

Quick downloads and easy to handle.

Good overview of my account and all the information I need but the most important fact was the price. 29,99 $ for a full year was the reason to re-activate my old account.
