Very poor customer service

I called DDRV to schedule an appt to repair a damaged axel on my Outdoors RV. I talked to the service department (Jason) who was extremely rude and dismissive. In my attempts to understand the timeline on the repairs Jason refused to answer my specific questions, continually talked over me and finally hung up the phone in mid conversation. I can't believe they employ persons in a customer facing role with his distasteful temperament and rude disposition. This company is the reason the RV industry has such a bad reputation.

Scam Artists high tail it to Idaho! Beware

They closed up shop in Garden Grove. They ripped off my mom and sold her a warranty and clear cost job that we could never get scheduled. They sold it with 5 year old tires a s said everything is working fine. There was missing electrical wires in the front driver cabin. The awning was had a left bent arm and the fridge and generator stop working the first month and would not schedule an appointment without it being 4 months away. The sales department is corrupt a s offered a 7 perce r interest whe. My mom's FICO was an 805 score. They are greasy unprofessionals ther took their scammy ways to Idaho... you have been warned!

They sold me a pre-owned trailer that they didn't inspect properly. The air conditioner didn't work first trip, heater didn't work, water lines were opposite and the shower hoses was off. Every trip we had we had problems. Every time we used it we either had a blow out, damaged wear to tire. Repeatedly we told the dealership. I purchased the extended warranty and additional tire coverage. Check your warranties they don't cover much. But we were told Dennis Dillon is the administrators. My axle is bent. My belief is they sold it to me without throughly inspecting the trailer or they would have caught these issues. My inspection report provided by Dennis dillon is blank. I've tried for over a month to request theirs. No response. I called and asked for the manager left a very detailed message for my call. I didn't know it was Joseph Muller as the manager. He didn't call me he emailed my husband because he dealt with him on the past issue. He knows what the issue is because I left a message and emailed him no response now for over a month. Don't purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them. You're putting your life at risk. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on and Dennis dillon won't respond to you should you need help. Warranty company only open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Ridiculous run around if you break down after hours and don't get pre authorization to tow your vehicle off the freeway. Joseph Muller service manager is evasive and non responsive. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. I've spent more time and money broken down repairing a trailer that should have been inspected and repaired before resale.

Elusive Sense of Quality

Main focus of the company is quantity without quality. It uses an anachronistic business model that provides access to traditional salesfolk, an overbearing and over-pressuring finance and insurance office (they intimidated us to the point of fear) and a service department that practices avoidance. Potential customers are treated to smiles and lip service. In short, they refuse to change with the times as long as there is a revenue stream. Limber up on your negotiating skills before entering the door for they will eat you up. Our displeasure with this dealer has not waned, so be forewarned.
