Waardeloze service en vakmanschap (Stay Away!)
This company has proven to be completely unreliable. Their communication and organization are nonexistent. The floor heating installation was scheduled — based on their own inspection — and yet, the Fermacell materials haven’t even arrived. To make matters worse, the installer is now saying that the floor isn’t suitable for Fermacell after all.
All planning for the kitchen and floor installation has been carefully coordinated around this floor heating work, and the kitchen installation date cannot be changed. We’ve been trying to contact the planning department urgently, but no one is answering.
This situation has already caused us serious problems. We have paid twice for leveling the floor for the Fermacell system, which we now cannot use. We are now forced to cancel the plan for Fermacell and underfloor heating. Instead, we will have to put back the radiators and install a normal floor — something we never wanted, but now have no other choice.
We agreed on the initial dates for May 1st and 2nd. You arrived the scheduled day on May 1st without having materials, and immediately raised a red flag for the floor. Still, we didn’t complain — instead, we acted right away, calling a levelling company the same day to avoid delays. When you later told us the materials hadn’t arrived next day and we needed to postpone a week, we adjusted our plans again without resistance.
We then scheduled two full days for the installation on May 8th & 9th as part of the agreement. On the first day, you asked for more levelling — and again, we handled it immediately. But on the second day, instead of completing the job, you simply told us you couldn’t continue. We were left standing there, helpless.
We’ve made every effort to cooperate, to be flexible for all of this. But at this point, we honestly don’t understand what we will be charged for and what type calculations you are doing. You didn’t even deliver the underfloor heating materials, and we received no radiator service at all.
Please — don’t make this any harder for us than it already is. As we mentioned in our email, we are kindly asking for a refund for the parts of the service that were never delivered. This is about fairness, and at the end of the day, customer satisfaction should matter more than €4,500. Please take this also consideration, we already spent additional 1500 euros for levelling and isolation materials that we had to buy based on the guidance of installer.
We’re not trying to argue — we’re just asking for your understanding and support to help us fix this situation.
And yet as seen above, similar emails send to the company and no reaction received.
So sad.
