I´m using Bluetti in my mobile home for over one Year now, and it works great. The battery plus extension delivers more the 4 kWh; Charging with solar panels works super and quite fast. AC out put is more than enough. For my use case, the DC output should be way higher and should have at least 2 high power DC outlets.
Quality is very good.

Good Qualiy but the inverter consumtion is too high when no energy is needed and even in you use a low power lamp. Next time I should buy a higher battery capacity.

Clear buy recommendation. The Elite 200 device has been working flawlessly and perfectly for 1 month so far. I used the power station in the van and also stationary at home. I was convinced by the compact dimensions, the good workmanship and the technical data.

The service people from Bluetti (forum-admins and sales-team) are very responsive but the response is not consistant when it comes to choosing the right system configuration or adapter cables for the best user experience. Therefore it might be necessary, to have an own basic knowledge about the technology. Here Bluetti needs better internal trainings. However, the efforts to solve technical issues are incredible and have to be honoured! "Customer first" is very likely their rule and at the end you get very well served! "You never walk alone...!

Quick delivery, competitive prices and a good quality. This is my 3rd order and I did not regret so far.

AC300: I got problems with my touchscreen, WLAN and some others. The solutions from Mr. Wendy was quite helpfull. It tooks a little bit time to understand how to solf the problems, but now everything its working.
