They lie about free returns
On the product page, they’ll tell you it’s free returns to US, UK, and Germany. A trusting customer, who’s read the good reviews, will just go ahead and place the order thinking returns are free. BUT IT’S NOT! Returns are only free IF you choose ‘gift voucher’ option on ‘how do you want to be reimbursed’. The quality of the dresses we received were also sub par. For the money I paid, I should’ve just bought a dress at high street brands. These Chicwish dresses are priced even higher than high street clothing, but in ridiculous quality. Goodness, where are these positive reviews coming from. Never again.
