The customer service here is good. It is mentioned on the website that a refund is possible however, there's a certain timing and we will need to reach out to their support team to initiate the refund.

I purchased a software from a ghost vendor in DF. Luckily, DealFuel really honor its guarantee to refund. Responsive and easy to deal with.

Just hoping DF shall check strictly and retain only legitimate vendors to endorse with their site. Nothing beats good business reputation.
