This is a scam. Have asked for money back.Never received product.

Just a scam, they never send the package and after a month they won’t even answer to e-mail and phone call. Stay away from this ....

It probably is. Very clever site - looks like you are getting a bargain - I ordered a paddle board. Enticed in to buying 2. Lots of follow up emails fobbing you off about delivery delays. Just a scam - thank goodness for paypal.

The absolute worst. Now I am afraid to purchase anything I see online in fears it will come from China / Laos without arriving here at all.
Pathetic company.. They made a bloody fortune ripping people off.
THANK God for paypal. They refunded my money.

I ordered a rain jacket via the internet in June. I’m still waiting to receive it. I contacted them in July by email - they apologised for the delay and said they received more orders than they expected but it should arrive soon. It hasn’t. Clearly not a company to be trusted. Dealhaven - you’ve had my money for months. I want a refund and I want it NOW!!!!

I ordered a Cooling Hat from them in May. After two weeks of waiting I contacted them asking where my Hat was. They told me that inventory was sold out and they were about to receive a new shipment. That I would be receiving my tracking details in 5-7 business days. well didn't hear anything!!! So I had to contact them again. Back and forth back and forth. so they finally send me tracking detail ( which takes forever for the package to go anywhere) I get my "package" and its a little tiny charm heart that's no bigger than a sunflower seed. So I send them "another" email this is not what I order!!! Now remind you I have told them at least 3 times by now I WANT A REFUND. Nothing!!!! They still claim to be out of inventory but my hat is on the way. And they are redoing their website now.. It's been 2 months of dealing with these scammers. WHAT A SCAM!!!!! And I will tell everyone...........

Real bad experience with them. Waited 3 months for my product with 10-20 mails back and Forth.
Then they Just canceled my order.

Never received item. Got tracking info that said it shipped but stopped when it reached the US.. only get auto replies to email. Total scam!

Would not order this ever. You wouldn’t get it anyway lol they tell you they got the address wrong, then it is on its way to correct acres then to how are you liking your product then have to call back and ask where is it for them to say they canceled order. Gave 1 star cause you couldn’t give a 0

Chiesto il rimborso di € 44,00 circa, dopo tre giorni l'ho ricevuto, chiaramente ho rimesso la querela.
Devo ricredermi sulla policy dell'azienda, sono stati molto seri, fermo restando il tergiversare dei primi 45 gg.

Order placed on 8 June, still not arrived. Several emails later and still not got a refund. Terrible company with poor customer service.

Offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience, yeah like I'm going to shop with them again!

Waited over two months for my smart watch but it never appeared. Like someone else on here they gave me a tracking number but was linked to nothing!!!!!
Lots and lots of emails to them but was just fobbed off. So contacted PayPal who got me a refund within 24 hours.
Also offered me 15% off next order. What a load of BS

Scam. I just received a piece of wire in the mail. Instead of cast net after 80 days of waiting

They are a total scam. Do not order fishing net. Better off giving your cash to your nearest homeless guy. At least you know it will go to something. You will never get your product or refund if you order from them. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they can’t reach them either

Same as other reviews ordered a net over 2 months ago, they sent me tracking but it is BS because it has never left and some bogus web site not a know carrier. Want to reverse charges but dont remember what name was under.
