This company will rip you off once your credit card information is submitted into their system. You will receive charges non-stop for well over the agreed plan purchase amount. Expect to pay well over $300 per month even when you sign up for the lower rates plan. They will not refund you at all for any of it no matter what.

Stay away from this company, do your research, and look at their poor billing practices and customer service reviews on BBB. I got screwed the moment they gave me a free trial for a year and tried to cancel it before it was up. I was instructed by their customer service to log in on my desktop and cancel, which I did. But I never got a confirmation and only found out recently when I got charged $627.76 for a yearly subscription that I also was not notified about either. I got errors when I tried to cancel and their own representative had to manually cancel it for me, which they told me I had to do myself to begin with. They refuse to correct their mistake and provide me with a refund and are literally stealing my hard-earned money and getting away with it. I am not the only one they have done this too; like I said look it up. In the end I lost the dispute with my bank because they sent a 15-page document "proving" that I never canceled and the charge was legitimate because I agreed to their terms and conditions. There is a major flaw in their billing and all we are good for is our money for them to just scam us right out of it. We live in a day and age where we can easily cancel subscriptions and stop future charges but DealMachine found all the loopholes to screw us in the end. But if it's in the contract then no big deal, right? Don't get screwed like myself or others, find a better legitimate company not these scammers. And don't believe their "5-star reviews", they incentivize people with $11-22 in marketing credits for a review which is unethical on Google.

1. The worth thing is they filter the feedbacks!!! They delete the feedback on a product if it's negative

2. They sold a product which was not in stock. I paied 40 dollors for express delivery (1week) but they just sent me the accessories!
When i contact them they said .... I should wait for it.
I could request refund but then i should send the accessories back to china and paied for shipment coast and ensurence.

I wait 2 month to get my tablet shiped and they did not refund the expressed delivery

3. The tablet i bought (teclast x98 plus) cost 200$

It should have 8000mah battery but it has 1000 mah instead according to CPU-Z site evaluation


The wifi loose its connection often. I have to turn off and on the tablets wifi or sometimes restart it!!!

The bluetooth keyboard works just in one Operative system and if you switch to another it doesnt work. You have to install it again but it loose its connection in the first op.

The memory has the same problem just like bluetooth!!!
Once you install it in one op it does not work in another one.

I ordered a product and then cancelled to change the product and within a day of receiving my ticket,the money was refunded to my card.That's top class.The products are exactly what is described and the delivery timing is excellent(roughly two weeks)pending on the country you live.I live in Jamaica.
