I purchased a Laptop from DealMania…
I purchased a Laptop from DealMania early December. It arrived faulty. After a stressful exchange I returned the goods on 16th December via the approved carrier, using the label provided. To-date I have received no contact, there is no telephone/customer service number ...Anywhere. This was a main Xmas present and the total lack of contact leaves me doubtful of a satisfactory conclusion.

No problem with delivery of item
I was a little disappointed with the information displayed by the device but overall a nice sound with plenty of features .
It must be noted however that a lot of features cannot be used if the device is not connected to a TV/monitor and gives very limited track information as a freestanding device.

Was really disappointed
Was really disappointed. I ordered a soup maker but never heard nothing. I emailed them where my order was and got a reply stating refund was taking place. No reason give, no apology. The refund was immediate though.
