I ordered one from Dealmania and one from Currys. The Currys purchase ordered 25th Nov still not received and they are a nightmare to deal with.
Future orders will be Dealmania they delivered within a few days.

They went above and beyond
Although the item I wanted was out of stock and the warehouse sent me a similar alternative which caused a little confusion but when I contacted them, the customer service assistant was excellent😇👏🏾 he made sure they went above and beyond to rectify the warehouse mistake and to make me happy. We all make mistakes but it’s what you do after that really counts, thank you

Poor company do not buy from them, they take your money and don't deliver anything.
Trying to contact them is a joke ignore phone calls and emails.
So in short scammers best avoided

Damaged Good (it happens) .... returns process was poor
This company has great potential and prices were good. Sadly the product I ordered was damaged beyond any use. Return process, was effective in terms of getting a return label within one day. However the communication was terrible. 1 line ‘here’s your return label’ Then having to send a further two emails to find out a) will it be refunded, b) will it be replaced and c) when will I know they are sending a new one.
Final outcome after spending days chasing .... sorry it’s out of stock
Amazon are much more one touch than this company.
