This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

Dealproffsen took my payment immediately, but after that communication almost completely stopped. I had to send multiple emails just to receive a single reply. Only one inexpensive item from my order was delivered, while the remaining items were never shipped or properly explained.

I repeatedly requested the cancellation of the undelivered products and a refund, but my emails were ignored. No tracking number, no proof of shipment, no transparency, and no real customer support.

Because of the way this company handled my order, Klarna has suspended my payment while the dispute is being investigated. I am also prepared to pursue my rights through the appropriate legal channels if necessary.

This company has completely destroyed my trust. If you value your money, your time, and basic customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding Dealproffsen. There are many reliable online stores in Finland—unfortunately, this is not one of them.

I will never order from Dealproffsen again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Product came as ordered and quality was better than expected. Especially the assembly was easy with good instructions. Shipment was supposed to come with Posti (even tracking number was provided) but at the end the carrier was different without any notice.

Everything fine with order and shippment, however the paint quality of the product left room for improvement.

I ordered a product (shoe bench) and they took my money and did not even deliver it, they emailed me that they have shipped it, but the product did not even reach me and now i am going for leagal battle with them.

Order placed on 30th of Sept 2024, and even after one month and multiple emails, no response from them.

their website does not have a physical contact details, so they are hidden and so dont buy from this website.

They are selling fake cheap china stuff.
I did not receive the brand I bought but instead some cheap china stuff and now they are ignoring me.
