Do not deal with these scammers .ordered items in early June but they said they were delivered at 2-45
pm but it was only 10-30am. Checked security cameras no delivery was made.Sent 16 emails but all I got back in response was B.S———. These people are thieves do not order from them.

Should have checked the reviews..In this day and age how are they getting away with it..

Like all the people on this reviews site i placed an order for 5T shirts for my summer holiday..
And no shirts , told they have been delivered, offered a refund..Total pack of lies..I have at least 30 emails stating they are legitimate..
Absolutely robbers..
I hope Karma will mert with them all..
The owners..The ones that write the emails..The ones that take the orders....
I am not a nasty person however I wish them all to experience the greatest pain they can in every part of their scamming lives..

Like everyone else we have had the same experience. Ordered 4 summer shirts at the end of July which should have arrived before we went on holiday in early September. We got a tracking number with the same vague descriptions as others. Then one day at the end of August I received a message telling me the package had been delivered at 2.45pm that day - but it was only 10.20am at the time!! Do they have a crystal ball? They offered to resend the package, but exactly the same thing happened with them finally claiming the parcel was delivered on 5 October. It wasn't. They have since offered a 60% refund - but there is no way I would give them my bank details so have since referred it to my bank for a re-charge. At the very least it flags it up to my bank that these are fraudsters. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from this company (which masquerades on Facebook as TJ Hughes, a well known company that used to have High Street shops) is DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!

As others have said, absolute scammers. It's now mid November, I ordered some clothing in mid July, got a tracking number which led to a webpage that had no real details of locations on, just vague descriptions like "arrived at country destination" with no mention of what country. This page progressed to delivered which it wasn't. I emailed them and they agreed to send the order again which produced the exact same result. Emailed them again and they agreed to refund 90% (!) of the money, which never materialised.
Update: I ended up getting my money back via my Credit card company and Deals TJ had the cheek to email me and ask me to cancel the credit card refund and they would send my order out again. Yeah right, LOL. Needless to say, I didn't even reply to their email, I just fell off my chair laughing.

I ordered goods from this place, the goods never arrived they said the goods have been delivered and maybe a neighbour took them.
They are lying thieving scumbags, these were Christmas presents I ordered

Thieving set of scumbags, I ordered 2 separate parcels totalling almost £100, of which none arrive at my address even though it said on tracking information that they had been delivered. Replacement packages were apparently sent and they never arrived either. Requested parcels to be signed for but I never saw any of them. Requested refunds on both parcels as insurance was paid for on orders and I'm still waiting. Original orders were placed in July and August 2023. Told that they used their own logistics company but refund could not be gotten from them. After several emails to deals-tj and several emails from them, offering 40% refund which I refused and finally got them to agree to 90% on first parcel and 100% refund on second parcel I was informed that refund would be processed to original payment method,but credit and debit cards had to be cancelled and replaced due to fraudulent activity by another company so deals-tj said that they can't refund on my parcels. Avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing but thieves, even Dick Turpin wore a mask,but this company are blatant with the unprofessional way in which they do business,would never use this company again and advise anyone else to do the same.
This company has no idea on how to conduct business on a professional basis.

You have ripped me off for £26 you took the money but never delivered the products so I want my money back ASAP

SCAM SCAM SCAM - Stay away - had them tell me my parcel had been delivered twice and signed for - ask for proof of signature and they say logistics company cant provide proof of signature. What is the point of getting things "signed for" both times I have been home all day on the day of the alleged delivery. Contacting Credit Card company to get reimbursed

Bought 4 shirts from what I thought was from TJ Hughes but turns out that TJ deals are a bogus company as also is TJ warehousesales, this came from the real company and have a ongoing fraud issue with these bogus companies and to contact your bank and Fraud action to report them and contact Facebook to take them off Facebook as this is the main site these scammers use.

This is a scam site ordered shirts off them not a lot of money but after 30+ days they said delivered but not to me,said they would resend and after another 30+ days same again,DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I ordered polo shirts 4 months ago kept checking tracking which looked unprofessional after 2 months tracking said delivered but nothing has been received. I order items all the time from china usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on complained. They said they would send polos again free of charge waited another 6 weeks and same again said delivered and nothing. This is a complete scam. I have kept every email they offered 90% refund after I complained about a 50% refund. They said it will take up to 20 business days for a refund.

Ordered goods in August, only £26 worth, after 4 weeks I emailed asking where goods were, was told they had been delivered, told them they hadn't, said I wanted refund or my goods,they said they would resend,another 4 weeks still nothing even though tracking says its on way, today 14/10/23 had full amount refunded into my account, dont order anything from them

I ordered goods from this company they said items delivered after 2 months of waiting , items not delivered and they couldn't provide which courier delivered and no signature so they agreed to resend goods still waiting but have asked for a refund to be told that their terms and conditions will only refund a percentage of what I paid still waiting what they going to offer as I don't believe any goods have ever been sent total con in my opinion

Same as my previous post, similar story when they reordered the goods. Delivered, signed for, unable to provide copy of receipt etc etc. Offered 80% refund but won't hold my breathe......................

Ordered goods, didnt arrive although they say they did, offered to resend. Refused and asked for refund. They offered 50%, then 70% then 100%. Didnt send refund so taken up with credit card company and they refunded within a week.

SCAMMERS take your money and after 30days say it’s delivered and signed for but they have no proof plus I have security cameras and ring doorbell.
Say they will refund but then block you.
