I never received the items I purchase twice. Each time I was sent frying pans when I ordered Bamboo pillows. I gave the pans away on a buy nothing site I belong to.

I ordered the turkey/steamer fryer kit and only received the turkey fryer, very cheaply made I might add. Customer service line does not work and they don't answer e-mails. I'd give a big fat 0 stars if I could.........Research company's before ordering on line, I've learned my lesson !

I haven't ordered anything yet, but i was so tempted to order a home theater for $35.99.i was like, is this for real? Let me check on dis people review and dig more into them. All i can say after all i have read now is, dis people are SCAMMERS, AND AVOID DEALSDOT.

My package has still not arrived and it has been 14 days. The package should have been here a week ago. I have tried calling to get no answer and have emailed 3 times for no response. I would greatly appreciate to receive my package. Order #5792

Horrible services I called they provided with a fake tracking number fake call back number hard to get responses don’t respond to email DONT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL SAVE YOUR MONEY still waiting for package ! Soon will report fraud to card if not getting no response

Bat service I have not heard anything about my Order # 6049 I have sent emails to them but they do not answer

My order number is 6762 and have not heard anything about my order since I've placed it and that was almost a week and a half ago I made several attempts to reach out to the company and they have not tried to contact me nots once I've left several messages with their fake customer support and I've gotten nowhere the worst online purchase I've ever made if someone could please reach out to me I would greatly appreciate it.

Best advice for this merchant is do not order from them. They have zero customer service. My last call resulted in a prompt message to me telling me that the mail box was full and could not take a message. The reason for my calls and emails to these people is that my order has not arrived!!

Wrong item shipped, customer service was slow to address the problem and just ended up issuing a full refund because they weren't able to send the correct item in a timely manner. All communication was via e-mail so the added delay of not being able to speak to someone in person is poor customer service in my opinion.

I purchased a bread knife and a coffee pot from you and you sent me a copper frying pan. I had repeatedly tried to contact you via email phone and instant messages and never heard back after at least a dozen attempts. I still have the copper frying pan, do you want it back? I have already purchased a coffee pot and bread knife from other sources. This was the worst online purchase that I have ever made.

Ordered an electric hot water kettle and it arrived broken - NOT working. Unable to contact anyone there so I followed return instructions to the letter and 2 months later still no refund or resolution. Phone number is always busy, no voice mail, I got a case number from them about 3 weeks ago and that is it.
No one is answering phone or e-mails.
I want full refund PLUS $14.32 to cover postage cost of returning the BROKEN KETTLE, you FILTHY BASTAARDS!

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago, took my money, no package, not even a shipping notice. They won't respond to emails.
