I had a very disappointing experience with this platform.
I signed up for the free trial with the intention of evaluating the service and canceling if it wasn’t relevant for me. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation window due to time differences and was charged £119.98.
I contacted support immediately (within 24 hours of the charge), explained the situation clearly, and requested a refund since I had not used the platform beyond the trial. However, all responses appeared to be automated and repeated the same policy text without addressing my case or offering any human review.
It was particularly frustrating that there was no way to reach an actual person, and no flexibility even for a very recent charge and no usage.
The platform may have useful tools, but the customer support experience and rigid refund policy make it hard to recommend.
