Unresponsive, unprofessional, and clearly a scam!

Purchased a couple of vouchers back on 6/25/14 and 2 months later I still do not have a confirmation of the shipping NOR A RESPONSE BACK to my numerous emails. They do not return calls nor emails, I will be reporting them to as many rating sites as I can, not sure how they are still in business!

Details of the Complaint:

Company has acknowledged there was a problem with their supplier who was not coming through in supplying the Ray-Ban Glasses ordered - Company mentioned they would issue a refund on three instances and did not . I have an e-mail stating they would formally do so after complaining again early 2014 (About a year after) and they yet have not done so - I called and e-mailed them over and over and now get no response at all - It is simply impossible to reach them. This matter is fully documented and I can certainly forward all my communications showing clearly I was been "stringed" into thinking I was going to get my money back all along.

Dealticker Scammers and will never give you

purchased from Dealticker in Dec and by end of January I still did not receive anything. I emailed Dealticker and they replied to my first 3 emails "stating sorry about this and they are having issues with the merchant and my refund was in queue which once the investigation was over on their end it would take 5-10 Business days to give me my refund". The rest of my numerous emails to them after when seeing no refund was unanswered. I filed a complaint with BBB so they can have this file against them on record. A friend suggested also I call my Visa Card Company and see if they could help. And you know what? I did call and this was in March and because I was still within a reasonable time frame - Visa gave me my refund right away. Visa said they will go after Dealticker themselves. So in the end Dealticker will not be getting any money. So don't wait too long call your Credit Card Company right away (whichever credit card you used). AGAIN CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GIVE YOU THAT REFUND NOT DEALTICKER. Dealticker wants you to wait and wait by trying to get in contact with them so it will be too late for your Credit Card Company to help you out and give you the refund.

You WILL regret buying from DealTicker

I made a purchase that stated shipping was included. After waiting 3 months, I finally receive the parcel with shipping cost due. I was required to pay $9.95 shipping in order to receive my order. I refused to pay and post office returned the package to sender. I have been fighting with DealTicker ever since to have the problem rectified. They do not care nor will they do anything to help you after they have your money.
BEWARE, DEALTICKER WILL NOT ADHERE TO ANY PURCHASE AGREEMENT.
Customer service: there is none. There posted policy states customer service is their number one priority. It should read customer service is NOT their priority.
Once they have your money, you will never be able to get it back. All they offer is DealTicker credit, which is worthless.
There are many deal sites out there, shop any one of them EXCEPT DealTicker.

Great Products!

I recently purchased a camera on this site and was initially sceptical of the price. However I ended up receiving a high quality product at a great price and I couldn't be happier.

Terribly Company

Paid for discount vouchers but was unable to redeem any. When I called for assistance, the customer service people seemed slow and uneducated. No apologies were given and they have not refunded any money. In my opinion this company is a sham and are bilking people. Lots of complaints on their Facebook page. They suck. There are good voucher businesses like teambuy.ca and groupon, but this is not one of them. Buyer beware.
