As we know this brand is not cheap and my girlfriend spend a lot of money to surprise me with a necklace, what she ordered from the brand’s website. It was such a bad quality, that ruined my top. 😡
The colour of all different pieces of jewellery stored in different locations changed. Even though they claim they offer a refund, they told us we had to pay a commission of around 20% to receive the replacement. We didn’t want to deal with them anymore as we had bad experience with the colour changing of their products and were very disappointed afterwords.
Would 100% avoid, there are alternatives that are equally or even better than them for a much lower price. The quality is really disappointing. It may look good upon arrival, but will soon get damaged from the cheap choice of materials used.
We’ve had much better experience with less “popular” stores. And never have we had the jewels change colour so fast. If the customer support could have replied faster and not wait around a week for every reply, it would have been at least more pleasant for the consumer to say the least. I’m sure they may have some good products and perhaps people may have good reviews, but from personal experience, we are disappointed with them.
Keep in mind they lots of paid advertisements with influencers and perhaps this may build somewhat of a level of trust, beware!
TLDR; look elsewhere to find better quality at a fraction of the cost and avoid hassle of customer service.
