Comfortable at first, but wearing indoors, they last at best one year. Why? The rubberized soles are so thin, they separate and delaminate after minimal wear. Given their price, one couldn’t expect... See more

TOTAL CRAP!!

TOTAL CRAP!!! Got a pair of slippers from my wife for X-mas, totally fell apart early Feb (Bottoms mostly). Have been dealing with their crappy "Customer Service" to get replaced under warranty. The only offer size small (mine are Medium) in the exact replacement of under $28.00 from their site. Only 4 pair match that price and are no where near the style I have. Now they just send me through a BS email loop which is no help. NEVER again! Buyer beware!

I have been on hold in a chat with a DearFoams agent for over an hour to get a return label. They told me to wait while the processed my request. I’ve now disconnected and am making a second attempt. Highly advise not to buy from this company. I shop online frequently. Occasionally I need to return something. I’ve never experienced such poor quality service.

Deerfoams customer service is the worst. Please don’t ever buy from their store. I ordered a pair of slippers and inadvertently ordered the wrong style, I called Deerfoams and they told me they called the warehouse and the order was in process. IN TEN MINUTES it was in process? The last time it took ten days to arrive. They could not change the style for me?? I did not want a refund only a style change!!!! I will return these slippers and never buy a thing from that company again! Horrible way to run a business. Disappointed and Disgusted!!

Their shipping takes 2 weeks when all other companies can get things to us in just a week. If they don't fit, you have to wait 2 more weeks to see which works better. They will not accept a return after 30 days. You cannot speak with anyone except the single phone agent who is unable to transfer you to a supervisor because he is "overseas". I then filled out the email form on the website to which I got no response.
Deplorable company.

DEARFOAMS KILL YOUR HEELS.

I bought dearfoam slipper booties in the past and was disappointed, the heels were so hard and hurt my feet. Well, I decided to give them another shot, and have been let down again. The heels are like rocks! They hurt so much, that even a rubber heel insole does not help at all. How can anyone say these are soft? No way! I'll never be fooled again, don't care how promising it looks in the store.

Women’s dream foam slippers

These dream foam slippers are comfortable but they are fraying at the toe. Haven’t had them long. My elderly mom wears them and she’s in a wheelchair. Very little walking for them to be fraying at the toe.

Breaching GDPR Regulations

I am unsure how they obtained my information, but they began e-mailing me 1-3 times per day starting at the beginning of the month. It appears they may have purchased my data, along with that of many others, and are now sending unsolicited marketing e-mails. Additionally, the unsubscribe button in their e-mails does not work.

Purchasing a list of e-mail addresses does not grant the right to send marketing e-mails to those addresses. They are in breach of GDPR regulations, and I hope someone has the time to report them to the ICO.

These are called slippers because they never stay on your feet. I dumbly bought another pair in a box without trying them on. Same as the last pair. They fall off wherever you walk. Learn how to make a pair of freaking slippers.

We have tried these products over and over hoping for a better change. They are soft and very “foamy” for 2-3 days only. After that, the cushion feeling is no longer. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste money. I’m done buying!

I purchase two pairs and less than 6 months I started picking up some black hard slivers on my floors and could not figure out what they were until I looked a bottom of my slipper and found the heel was breaking down and I could see the foam rubber over the entire heel Very Disappointed as these are not cheap slippers!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a box set that included a coupon for a pair of Dearfoam Firesides. When I went online to use the coupon, I discovered they don't carry a size 5. I reached out to their support and was told that they only have two items to choose from and suggested I purchase a size up. What kind of customer service is that? I don't understand why they can't just substitute another item of the same or lesser price. I find this to be unacceptable customer service.

Lost my business

I will never buy anything from Dearfoam. They had no size chart on the page when ordering so ordered the wrong size. Called 15 minutes later to see if they could update my order to the right size. I was ordering through a promotion for a cruise I am attending and they said all sales are final. I escalated it and they would not budge. So ridiculous. There was no size chart available for me to check on the page where you choose your size so just chose what I would normally select and they couldn’t change the size for me? I know others who had the same issue and will not be happy as well. Such poor customer service. Obviously they don’t want the business.

Dearform slippers are very loose

I bought a pair of Dearfoams memory foam slippers from jcpenny on Saturday May 11 2024 and I am very dissatisfied with this product. I wear a size 10 shoe so I bought the L 9_10 size. The shoe is so wide and loose that I can hardly keep them on my feet
