I made a preorder for one of their cute lookup figures a few months ago. It got dispatched and arrived quickly after it became available. It was also packaged really well! Highly recommend

Had an amazing experience buying from Dear Japan!
I originally purchased a manga package which included a booklet and acrylic standee or charm (I don’t remember). There was a stocking issue though and I received very prompt communication from them where they offered me a full refund, or a partial refund to which I could still receive the item minus the acrylic charm.
I was very happy to accept the partial refund and the product arrived in perfect quality. Couldn’t be happier with this service!

Quick delivery
The product was received faster than I’d originally anticipated. For something delivered straight from Japan this was very fast. I was expecting a good week minimum but I received the parcel within a couple days. I will be purchasing from this site again in the future.

Thank you so much for your kind review! As a UK based company, we do have a storage space in the UK where we keep existing stock already brought from Japan and so that's why delivery can be quick. As we do have some pre-order items, these will take longer but we always specify the estimated shipment date on the order page. We look forward to bringing future merchandise to you :)

Well packaged and quick delivery
I ordered a Re:vale album (Idolish7) and a Persona 5 Qset from Dear Japan which arrived today.
The items are as expected (the figure is so cute!) with no damage or anything. They were pretty decently priced too, coming to around £50 total.
I placed my order on 31/01 and it was shipped out 04/02. After shipping, I was given a tracking number and it arrived 2 days later. Overall, it was pretty quick and everything was very well protected and packaged! I will definitely order from here again!
