Do not order from these people

I had this company take money out of my bank account almost a month ago. I was checking the status of my order and it doesn’t even show I had one. I was ordering from imynova and somehow Jollybuyer got my money. You can’t get ahold of them and I will now have to get my bank involved.

JUST DON"T DO IT!!

JUST DON"T DO IT!!

The absolute worst company to use! Do not fall for their false advertising and if you do-beware! These products are NOT as described and to return and get a refund is impossible.

Absolute jokers.

Still waiting for a reply after requesting a returns label almost a month ago. Shoes seem to be fine, it's just a shame they don't fit as they are all sized wrong.
I did want to swap them, but now I just want a refund.
Absolute jokers.

Do not order from this company....

Do not order from this company. Cheap boots, shoddy boots, mine were broken and horrible plastic smell to them. No returns information, no response to email, no telephone number to contact. These people need to be held to account it is daylight robbery. They have my money I don’t have a pair of boots I can wear. Instagram need to stop them from advertising.

I ordered two pair of boots in October…

I ordered two pair of boots in October 2018. In December I asked for a time limit of deliverence and was promised a 20% discount due to late deliverence. On Dec 20th I received damaged goods due to poor packing. I asked for a return label. I was asked to sendt photos of the boots, did not receive a return label. I sent photos after New Year and was rejected as I was one day late due to their policy of returning goods!!! I complained as I was not informed of their 15-days-rule when asked for photos. They could be 1½ month late, I could not be 1 day late... I then was offered a 25% refund within a week if I kept the boots. - Still no return label. I gave up and accepted. AND surprisingly I NEVER got any refund. I shall never ever deal with this lousy firm again!!

I ordered 3 pairs of boots in November…

I ordered 3 pairs of boots in November as presents. They arrived after Christmas. And every single pair was NOT the size I even ordered. I AM AMAZED AT THE NUMBER OF OTHER POSTS REGARDING WRONG SIZES SHIPPED. Information on how to return was near impossible to track down. When I finally did they told me I can't return them (15 day return time), and to "kindly keep the items".
Also, they smell like chemicals....I wouldn't even give them to charity.
Total garbage product, and worse service.

This was such a bad experience of…worst online purchase ever

This was such a bad experience of online shopping
I asked for a size 7 boots which turned up and didn’t even fit my friend who was a size 6 so item was not as described I asked for a refund to which they offered 10% refund I then stated this was not an option as they didn’t fit they then offered 15% and I replied they still wouldn’t fit even with 15% they then offered 30% which I then informed PayPal
Dear jolly then contacted me to send the boots back as I received them which was tracked it cost me over £15 which I then lost the recipet they sent back my money minus they’re postage
This is the worst online shop I’ve ever dealt with and if your thinking of purchasing from this company then do at your own peril as it’s a shambles of a company I wouldn’t recommend

Diabolically bad

Ordered shoes many months ago.
Described as 'faux suede'. When they arrived they were shiny 'faux leather'.
Countless emails sent. Some were replied to. All ignored the fact that had I known they were leather look I would not have ordered them.
I was finally told to return them 'fully tracked' (to China). This would have cost over £50. They insisted that I was liable to pay for this and they would not refund the initial postage either.
Cheap looking shoes which were not what I ordered now on their way to aCharity Shop.
Never again

Terrible Shipping and Customer Service AND Fake Product Reviews

This site is legit, but has some shady business practices relating to returns. ALSO, their reviews are scams and while I can submit a review on their site, it does not post. Check out their product reviews... all 5 stars with similar syntax. Shady shady shady...

I ordered the same size shoe in the red and the leopard-- but the actual sizes varied. The leopard was too small and the red I received damaged with a punched in mark in the toe and a zipper that would not unzip to even try on (a third pair was received damaged, too.) I initially wanted to exchange the leopard for a larger size, but they gave me a hard time about returning the shoes that are damaged. They ship with a piece of styrofoam in the toe that doesn't sit tight and slips back toward the heel. Then they package just in a thin plastic bag and tape it tight light a football. For the damaged shoes, they first offered 20%, then 25%, and then 35% discount if I kept the shoes or tried to fix them myself. Honestly what am going to do with three pair of shoes - one that is too small, and two that have punched-in toes? So now they are saying I have to pay for the shipping back to China to get a refund. Their poor packaging that doesn't protect their product? And irregular sizing at that -- and I have to pay to sort this out?

No matter how great the value on the Dearjolly site, buyer beware. Their customer service is the worst! Because of this waste of time and money, I will never buy from them again.

By the way Trustpilot, how can 6 1 star reviews yield an overall 2 star rating? What's up with this?

Thieves

Thieves. If my shoes ever arrive it will be a miracle. It's been more than a month. I don't quite know why I ordered from such a shabby looking website - it's my fault - I guess I just assumed that Instagram wouldn't support them if they were legitimate. Obviously don't order anything from them. But, as with any shady looking website, only use PayPal, as then you've got at least a hope of getting your items.

An update as of January 3rd: My shoes have arrived - it is indeed a miracle. They are badly made, extremely cheap looking and were packaged badly, but they arrived. This only happened because I escalated a claim through paypal. They sent me various bogus tracking links but eventually when Paypal got involved, they posted the shoes. The company they used, SF Express, appears to be a similarly fraudulent outfit, if trustpilot is anything to go by.

Thieves and Cowboys Company

Do not order from this website. They are basically thieves and cowboys.

The boots I ordered are hurrendous quality, and unwearable.

To return them to China is expensive and the support is non-existent.

Totally illegal traders and Instagram should be ashamed of promoting them.

Disgusting company.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The website said delivery time for the shoes I ordered would be 10-20 business days & they will notify when sent. After 20+ business days with no communication I inquired about the status of my order. I received a response saying my order was on the way, yet the shipping details say: Your shipment is confirmed
We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status. I have demanded a refund, but I have no confidence I will see the shoes or my money. DON'T order from this company!!!
Update:
On 11-29 I told Dear Jolly if they couldn’t have my order on my doorstep by the following week to cancel my order and refund my money. The following day they responded that the order shipped and would arrive in 10-20 days. I checked the tracking information today 12-15 and it’s still sitting in China “preparing to ship”. I have demanded a full refund but am not holding my breath waiting for it.

Dear Jolly are Scammers!

I would have preferred to have given this company no stars! Dear Jolly take out daily sponsored posts on Instagram. I responded to one of these and ordered two pairs of boots. I was charged but they never arrived. They now ignore my emails and have blocked me from their Instagram account. Firstly Dear Jolly are obviously illegal scammers. More upsetting (And extremely concerning) is that Instagram allow scammers to advertise unchecked. I have tried to find a way to raise this directly with Instagram but there is no obvious way. How is this okay! Trust Pilot please DO something!
