I've ordered multiple gifts from Dear Memories (scrap-booking products, stationary and papers) which I absolutely love. Personalised products are reasonably priced and you can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into making each gift special. Prompt delivery and great customer service!
Following receipt of my Baby’s First Year Personalised Scrapbook we were disappointed to find it had a printed manufacturer’s text on the inside back page which looks unsightly and not what we would have expected from a professionally made item. I complained and was told it couldn’t be replaced. We would not have bought this item if we had thought it would be so obvious and is certainly not gift quality.

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. The description on the website clearly states that a barcode may be present on the inside of the back covers and as a small business, it's difficult for me to send replacements for single covers.

Amazing quality products! I couldn't be more impressed with the quality and personalisation of the products I brought. I purchased a scrapbook bundle with a personalised gift box and the quality was amazing, the presentation was so thoughtful, it came beautifully packaged with great quality products. I have thoroughly enjoyed making my scrapbook for my daughter and i'll definitely be ordering from this company again.
Dear Memories created our cycling club mugs for Xmas, all of the members were really pleased with them. Will certainly be shopping here again!

I ordered a personalised stationary set, which I absolutely love! I use it every single day and get so many compliments on my notebook. I love there are so many colour options, I also use the to do list every day at work and helps me keep organised. Would defo be ordering again!
