The only issue I had was it was difficult to contact about where my order was. Once sent out it got here really quick and was packaged wonderfully, will definitely buy from again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE

This is a fraudulent website! Do not order from here. Made an order in April and up until now I have had no response from the website. Have asked for refund and again no response. I will be reporting this website to the relevant regulators to shut it down.

albums came in perfect condition, very happy with them!! only downside was how long they took to come :(( but would 100% order from here again ^^

Worst K-Pop Shop in the UK

Appalling customer service, I've been trying to contact them for a month about changing my address on my pre orders because I'm moving house. I've emailed them 5 times, dmed them on Instagram, tagged them in stories and I haven't heard anything.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM once they've taken your money they couldn't care less.

Edit since they've replied to me and made me out to be unreasonable, I'd sent 2 emails prior to the one they're referring to. One about a mont h before, another two weeks before which both went unanswered...
I completely understand having to have patience with small businesses, but the only thing that got me an answer out of them was leaving this review and complaining through shopify. I am not the only one to have issues with their customer service.

It was an okay experience

I got everything I asked for and it was packaged nicely. It did take a while to get here and the tracking didn't work even though i paid for the full option. Ordered last year around November/December and only now received it.

Amazing! Thank you!

Everything came wrapped well and nothing was damaged, and shipping was fast! They added some freebies, I got a top loader and two packs of sanrio gummy sweets!!

From a random place ad

Randomly saw their ad on Instagram and decided to check them out. I'm glad I did. Photocard arrived in a timely manner and was packed securely with the cutest freebies. Would definitely recommend people to buy from here!

will never buy here again

Terrible experience. I've ordered for about 450€ and there is no communication at all with this shop! They changed the shipping dates within weeks since I ordered. Some products were cancelled after months and I was told I would get a refund which I didn't receive so far. I had to contact PayPal so now it's hopefully done. Sadly I still have one open order over there but I'm pretty sure it's going to be cancelled also since it's Pop-Up Store Merch.

Getting my Felix Photocard fix!

I ordered a Felix photocard from the recent fanmeeting. It took a while to arrive from when ordered - over a month or so. However, I have ordered before and like the last few times I received it with no issues. It was also packed safely so it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you once again, DMF :)
