I did not receive all of my order. Email stated 3 of my items shipped. I’ve been waiting over a month now. Received an email they company email has been changed. I received 2 of my 5 items and the booties were the wrong ones. This is a stay away scam website. I have tried to get answers through email it’s undeliverable!!! Beware and don’t get scammed.

Placed on Oct 29,2021 I received 2 nice item but the after contacting them there email didn’t work. Got second email that two more if my items where being shipped in October 29th, here it is November 29th no items yet. Got this email in November 19th that stated this: Service Email Change

We apologize for the inconvenience as we were experiencing technical difficulties these days with our website. And it also affected our customer service email too. In order to continue to serve you as soon as we can, we changed our customer service email from to dearonce .
As your friend, we are taking this occurrence very seriously and will continue to work hard in order to prevent this from happening again..

This is a scam and they should bring criminal charges against this company. Maybe we should impose Chinese law on them.

I ordered 8 items. They sent me 2 of them and it took almost a month. The order was in September and I am still waiting for the rest. They don’t want to cancel my order. After 2 emails they disappeared. When trying to contact the email address is invalid! Website also is gone. I lost the money and I spent $115.

This scam took 14 days for a delivery to have an I'm to fit in a mailbox weighing 1lb and when trying to contact the email
address is invalid! Something has to be done about these International scams that is happening to Americans!

This has nothing to do with Dearonce but instead with that phony and fraudulent FOLLOWMIMI. I received an email directing me to this site. As of today they have have taken me for 3 leather coats and a bracelet. I left 2 messages on their site now this one. I do not like the run around nor the fraudulence. They should have charges brought against them for FRAUD!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I PLACED AN ORDER AND NOW THE WEBSITE DOESN'T EVEN COME UP! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT WORKING; IT RETURNS YOUR EMAIL. IT SAYS. "THE SITE CAN'T BE REACHED".

These are fraud sites from China. Same as Modern Mint! Frauds frauds frauds!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT.

I ordered $264+ in merchandise on April 14. When I received the first item which was about 2 to 3 sizes too small, I contacted Dear Once and told them not to send the remainder of the order if the other items were miss-sized like the first item. They asked me to wait until all of the order was received, and they would issue a refund on the full order. As of the end of August, I had still not received all the items. I contacted them again. At this point, they agreed to cancel the unreceived item/s and I could return the order for full refund.
All of my items were shipped from "Return Warehouse in Jamaica, NY". When I asked for return authorization, I was told I would have to send the items back to China which would cost me another $154. I advised through several emails that I would not pay the shipping to China, that I would send the items back to the address from which they were sent (New York).
The "Return Warehouse" received the items on October 9, and they have still not issued a refund.
So, now this website has my $264 original investment and has cost me $58 in return postage and has received the order back. So, the fraud from this company now encompasses $264 for original order plus they have the $264 in returned merchandise.
FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A word to the wise about this website dearonce.com. You dont reaize that you are buying a piece of sweatshop clothing from Hong Kong. They hide behind a fictitious France address on the website. It isnt until you buy that you see that you see dbflywheel on your charge card and a notice that you have to ask to return the item and that you have to bear the ship cost back to Hong Kong China.

They immediately take the money that you pay to buy the item and then it takes a long time to get a trickle one by one piece of clothing at a time. The first piece that I received was way too small and not to the size chart that I used to select the size, it was poorly made and on top of that the wrong color!!

I contacted my credit card company and the Dear once company to cancel the rest of the order and to get the entire payment refunded. I dont want this blouse and I dont want to have to ship it back to Hong Kong. Buyers beware of the cute modeled photos. The shipping delay at the ports that have ships stranded out in the ocean for weeks... on and on. Stay US Based. You may be very disappointed at what this company is trying to pull.

Really nice button down top for women. Corduroy like material but it’s really soft not rough it’s comfortable to wear and very well-made and feels nice on. Looks great.

These are even more beautiful shirts in person. It's got a nice longer length and that's exactly what I hoped for.

Love this top!!! I wear it with jeans or with cute skirts. Very flattering!! Doesn’t stretch out like many tanks will. It certainly maintains its shape.

I LOVE IT. At first when I took it out of the bag I thought it would be see thru and horrible (I ordered white) but it is not! Not see thru, SUPER SOFT, and has a very nice slim fit to it that doesn’t bunch up. Ordering a second color. Super happy!
