I bought a t-shirt
I bought a t-shirt. The one that arrived was not like the one on the website. I wrote an email but never received an answer

Never again, I got 2 vinyl I ordered weeks before Christmas.
Both came damaged, I have written a very friendly email where I asking for some support.
I have written, I would order some other vinyl the next few days and maybe we can find a way to clear things without some unnecessary costs on both side but it's not important for that company how it seems....
I was now waiting over 1 month!!! To get my money back from PayPal.
So it was a nice Christmas gift at all....
After telling the problem to PayPal, deathwish never makes any statement at all.
Never again and thanks for nothing deathwish....
Pretty sad to treat people like that
Product arrived well packaged and relatively quickly. High quality prints. Would recommend. Got a few freebies too. Jacob Bannon and his company rock
Love love love deathwish, pre order item but received it in a week, in perfect condition. I also got an extra book by accident, lovely mistake hehe
Zero care, zero service, zero stars.
Beware this company, order at your own risk.
Order arrived heavily damaged.
Emailed support multiple times, no response.
They’ve taken my money and run.
Absolute bunch of Zeroes.
Ordered hoodies from this site, the delivered items where different than what I ordered. Tried to contact customer support multiple times, without getting any response back from them.
Scam. Bought t-shirt months ago never got it, no customer service, no t-shirt, no refund.
Never ever order anything from their website. I order a the hurt, 5 weeks later, not a single news. I tried email, Facebook, insta, nobody answered.
No news, no updates …nothing except the money you paid when you decided to order. I think the company doesn’t really exist. I’d better stay asleep that day.
Bought a t-shirt, which is a great design off the website. After one wash at 30 degrees it shrank. The guidance on the label said it could be washed at 40 so should have been fine.
I complained and simply asked for it to be replaced but I have had no response after trying to get in touch with them three months over the last month!
I bought the t-shirt on 28th April, received it some time towards the end of May and have been trying to contact them since the 12th June.
Excellent service. Shipment was relatively quick from France to Ireland and my record arrived in perfect condition
I am speaking of Deathwish Europe. They warn you shipping can take up to 6 weeks. so it did.it was shipped from France thru Turkey to Czechia. The ordered LP was not properly stored and arrived shaped in waves, not straight at all. sent two emails within 3 weeks, no answer from the EU store until now. shame for such big label to not care of LPs and their bands fans.
