debbie fortune estate agents Reviews

Debbie fortune estate agents have been nothing but outstanding through the whole process of renting my current home. Communication is excellent and all problems were dealt with the same day. I highly recommend Debbie fortune estate agents and will be keeping them in mind in case needed in the future.

From the time the chain started to exchange Stevie Worgan was brilliant. She really did go the extra mile to get thing sorted between the seller and buyer. We would definitely recommend them.

Excellent estate agents. High end properties that are looked after . Highly recommend.

The team at Debbie Fortune have been great from beginning to end always open to your requirements and easily available if needed. In the build up to exchange the sale progression team are so responsive and work closely with you, the buyer and Solicitors to help keep the process moving. Stevie was supporting our sale and quite honestly she didn't stop and the updates and communication were better than expected making the whole process alot less stressful, she is a real credit to the team and we can't thank her enough for her responsiveness and expert knowledge. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Debbie Fortune and Stevie especially to anyone wishing to sale or buy a home, a true professional. Thank you Stevie and the whole team at DF.

Stevie was absolutely incredible in a recent case of ours - nothing was ever too much and she really did go above and beyond.

Thank you Debbie Fortunr for selling our house when no other Estate Agend could.

Thank you Stevie for all your hard work getting us to contracts, I still believe without your hard work we wouldn’t be completing on 27th February as we had asked for, Stevie is a absolute credit to your company.

I will will absolutely recommend you guys as the best Estate Agent.

I’ve sold two house in twelve months with Debbie Fortune and the service and care they provided was excellent. Special mention has to go to Karen Blackmore-Squires who is outstanding, never stops working for you, pushing through barriers and obstructions in a direct yet professional way. Her care and empathy with her clients is second to none and I’m going to miss our daily calls, she became such a big part of our lives particularly whilst selling my parents house; always communicating, making sure we knew what was happening. I know the whole process would have been a-lot more stressful without Karen; I would definitely recommend.

The whole process from the start of our tenancy to the end has been treated with impressive knowledgeable staff.
Victoria, Samantha , Elliot and the team went the extra mile for us.

A big thank you to all at Debbie Fortune for successfully selling and supporting us throughout the process - especially to Kiera/Maisie/Scott. They are a great team and I highly recommend them

Debbie Fortune estate agents did a good job throughout all parts of the the sales process. They were knowledgeable about the local and national house market, friendly, helpful and responsive, as well as being professional and proactive. Selling and buying houses is rarely straightforward, and having an agency which was solutions focused and kept communications open was valuable to me. I would be happy to buy or sell again using this agency.

Excellent service from start to finish.Staff extremely helpful and friendly and someone will always get back to you wether it’s a phone call or email.Superb service.

Debbie Fortune lettings manage our properties provided for our staff. They are always polite and efficient in dealing with issues that arise and have solutions ready to suggest to deal with individual decisions to be taken. Very happy with the service they provide. Compton Vale Estate.

Would Highly Recommend - Dani has been fantastic and made the process very smooth throughout. Everything was explained in detail and any questions i had was dealt with very promptly.

Everyone I was involved with had a passion and desire to help.
Made the process easy for me.
Chased people to get things done and moving, especially the solicitors.
Nice people and proactive, just what you want. Thanks.

Cannot thank the staff enough pushing through the sale of my house. Kiera was unreal from start to finish she really was. chasing up constantly. but all who was involved i cant thank you enough and to Lisa thank you for everything you have done also .

We recently bought through Debbie Fortune. We received a professional and efficient service throughout. Despite persistent setbacks that were outside their control, they managed expectations and their client very well to get us to exchange. Particular mention should go to Kiera Morris, who was excellent throughout.

"I recently rented from DebbieFortune and had a very negative experience. Unfortunately, when I received the keys to the property, it was very dirty and there were several issues with fire alarms and black mould that went unaddressed for years. Despite notifying the agent about these issues, I was charged for repairs and ultimately lost my deposit when I moved out.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by DebbieFortune. While I appreciate their time, I would not recommend renting or using their services in the future. In my opinion, better communication and attention to detail, as well as not siding with landlords, would go a long way in improving their services."

We sold our house via Debbie Fortune, we went with them due to their honest appraisal and reasonable fees.
They have been very good, proactive friendly approach to the entire process
When things stalled with solicitors they chased up to get things moving again keeping us well informed.
Would thoroughly recommend them

Highly recommend this estate agent. Scott, Keira have been amazing and helped guide us through the sell of our home.

Had a fantastic experience start to finish buying through Debbie Fortune. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and consistently went above and beyond for us. They made the whole process run much more smoothly. Would definitely recommend and, when we come to sell, they will be our first choice.
