The team have been absolutely fantastic! Calling me and helping me find every single thing I owe to creditors. An especially big thank you to Matt and Ben who have mainly dealt with my case. I usually get embarrassed talking about what I owe and try and brush it under the carpet but the whole process was like I was just chatting to someone I’ve known for a while. The whole process has been very swift too!!!

Have to admit I was having such a bad yr money worries especially and just didn't know where to turn then all of a sudden this lady louise called and she didn't do a speech of business jargon she was just herself and very open and honest about who she worked for, she listened and made me feel like I was chatting to an old friend about my money worries, fantastic customer service and is a credit to her employer, highly recommend all of the staff I have had dealings with, easy and very friendly process, thank you for all your help

Took all my details and said they’ll get someone to contact me to finalise the IVA. Never had any correspondence with any company. Tried contacting the advisor and they kept ignoring my calls and texts.

Firstly I had a call from one of the new girls only been there days I thought she done her job extremely well then she passed me on to gorgina who again was very good at her job also then she put me through to Louise who was so brilliant towards me made me feel so happy to be sorting my debts out she was percise and never missed anything and very patient and helped me through the whole process when all that was done she passed me on to Alfie who also help me and advice me my best route to go I would recommend debt mate to absolutely anyone they are professional and don't judge you
