Communication is key
I wasn't happy you increased my monthly payment from £71 to £331 with no warning and no communications, which then took me overdrawn for my household bills.

helpful and patient
Debt movement were helpful and patient. They worked to get the best monthly payments and ensured any debt I could have under the IVA was added making my journey stress free from being contacted by other debtors I originally hadn't added. I was with them for 5 years and to finally be done I can honestly say the best decision made. If you have any issues during your contracted financially they are also supportive in re arranging payments so always keep them informed.
