The staff is wonderful and do not make you feel low at all and explain things so clear. They are so flexible to help you with anything such as how to fill in your budgeting sheet and being able to send in the necessary documents. Overall it was an amazing experience

I just feel when someone has no choice …
I just feel when someone has no choice but to claim bankruptcy that means they have no money..I feel their fee every month should be waived in the month of December so people can have a decent Christmas and also wanting our bank statements every month is horrible do they think people is cheating them...also their spending sheet every month should only be for a year that they are collecting their fee and not for 2 years..I feel they are invading peoples privacy...they feel bad enough having to claim bankruptcy as their last resort without having to prove how poor they are...
