Deca.net won't offer a refund or replacement

I waited just under 3 months for my Decamove. Then Royal Mail (who decamove had contracted for the UK arm of the delivery) decided to leave it on the doorstop while we away on holiday with not even a notification email and torrential rain.
Parcel was thoroughly saturated and I asked for a refund or replacement (being a tech item, clearly labelled "fragile, do not get wet").
Royal Mail have completely admitted it's their fault but will only pay the costs back to Deca as it was them who contracted their services.
Deca.net are apparently unable to provide me a refund or offer me a replacement as it was Royal Mail's fault. Funny how I the customer seem to be out of pocket in this.
My experience has completely put me off buying anything further from the company. God forbid this happened with a VR headset costing hundreds of pounds.

Deca.net, where's my DecaMove?

I pre-ordered a DecaMove on 30th April 2021. It was supposed to ship in June. It's July 23rd now. I have sent two emails to try and find out what is going on. No reply. There is a Deca News page, which was last updated on July 11th, stating that, the Early Mover and Early-ish Mover DecaMoves are QC’d, packed and have started shipping. That's 12 days ago.
So, I'm not all that happy. I have not cancelled the order. Looks like I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Decamove not arrived and awful customer service

I have bought a decamove in april, should have arrived in mid June, still nothing heard about the delivery, sent 2 e-mails, they didn't respond so i cancelled my order and I'm worried I won't get my money back. Awful customer service because they won't even respond.
