I am sorry after several years of apparently satisfactory products you had an order that the ink failed. In an effort to keep abreast of current technology, especially when it will lessen cost without sacrificing quality, we do test new products and processes from time to time to be able to offer the best product at the least cost. After over 20 years without issue, we were asked to use an ink and unfortunately it did not hold up very long when placed outdoors but we felt we had replaced all that product from that period at no charge to our clients. If you contact me I can offer a refund or replace the signs in question.
SAT GUYS uses AGE Graphics exclusively
The only supplier The Satellite Guys uses is AGE Graphics. Best quality and best pricing around. I always receive my sign orders at least 1-2 days ahead of the promised delivery date.
